If I could give 0 stars i wpuld. I went to this discount tire a couple of weeks ago to have my tires balanced, i spoke directly with the manager and asked him do to the expense of my wheels and lug nuts (Ford Performance Wheels and Mcgard Lug Nuts)Can you please have the team remove them by hand and not impact guns,. The manager told me they have no time for that and if i wanted my tires removrd and balance that they will have to use the impact gun. So i asked him it must be more important for you to turn as many vehicles than take care of the customer property, he basically said with a smile yes, but i will make sure that no damage it done. I went ahead and allowed him to do the the service shame on me. Well low and behold they scratched and nocked my black lug nuts, let me remind these are Mcgard and any onr who knows anything about vehicles you basically have to try and damged these lug nuts. I have used discount tire for all my tires needs here in Las Vegas for over 26 years, including my personal vehicles and my company fleet vehicles. I use to deal with a manger named Teddy, unfortunately he moved to Reno, Teddy was always more concerned with the customer needs than just moving out as many cars that day as he could. I will be looking for a new tire store here in the Las Vegas Valley to handle all my needs moving forward.

Times are tough! Firstly I want to speak to the pressure related to the "Set of Tires", High Pressure sale. They have gotten so pressed for sales perhaps that "ABS" Always be selling becomes the technique they use VS. helping the customer ride safely on the road. I WILL NOT USE Discount TIRE Any more because they lostt the reason to be in business. Firstly I scheduled an appointment for 2pm today. When I came in earlier to schedule "They could have", at a minimum, added the proper amount of pressure to my tire. They did not. Zero eye Contact other than the Stellar "Walk in", Welcome to discount tire. This person at the counter, was more interested, in, Selling me an 1200 set of tires than getting me on the road safely. Let's be clear, I have purchased every set of tires on every car, Iv'e ever had, that I could remember. Well NO MORE for sure. So when I left the first time, they didn't bother to check the air pressure. Clearly it is low. They actually have free Tir Pressure gauges at the Counter. Big Mistake for someone who is about to lie to you. Thi person upon showing up said we have you all set and we will text you when its ready. About 30 minutes later, I get a call, I'm over at Starbucks. GREAT COFFEE!. The tech says, unfortunately, we can't fix the leak. SEE the WAY YOUR TIRE IS set up, it has two holes in the same spot, so we can't patch it. Lying is an Art over there at the Horizon Ridge shop. I guess rather than buy my tires here, I'll have to have a llantera, get it handled. I'll do ANYTHING TO SELL YOU SOME TIRES. So as I speak to this guy now, in my mind is wearing a full fledged, clown suit, red hair and all, I asked when I departed, you guys at least put air in it right? He replied yes, while the tech was listening. Here is the result of that air that was put it. Thanks for the free tire Gauge. Complete Moron Sales Process. I usually When I get a screw in my tire, "TRIPLE THE SIZE", They used to, JUST PATCH ME UP and wait for me to come buy my next set of tires. Thanks for leaving me with 20#'s of tire pressure. Continued… just got home and now I am at #10, well is it that convenient. “On the same day I go to get help. Ridiculous! Clearly I was born last night!

Amazing service. I spent 90 minutes here. Thank you Aiden, Chris and Angel! Prior to my arrival, my husband had purchased 2 tires to be put on my car as I had 2 slow leaks. Aiden suggested they might be able to fix both tires, Angel successfully did so and Chris reimbursed me for the previously purchased tires. Additionally they fixed the tires for free! The employees were kind and extremely service-minded. I will never go anywhere else for tires.

Came in worried about getting new tires on my Rivian just because of the specialty EV jack pucks it’s requires and Rivian being a newer auto maker. Chandler and his team took great care of my vehicle and respected my worries and reassured me they received the training and had the proper equipment to complete the job. They did a great job. If you can avoid this specific discount tire please do. I understand as a walk in I’m going to wait longer for my vehicle to be serviced but to wait 6 hours is ridiculous. They were even backed up on their appointment services. I understand if they would have told me it was going to be a long while but to not be told anything but the empty promise of “I think you’re next”. That’s not cool. If you have all day to wait for a service sure come here but if you want it done in less than a reasonable time go elsewhere.

Wow! I live in Ohio, my granddaughter lives in Henderson so when she has problems it is difficult to help her out. She got a screw in her tire. I sent her to this Discount Tire just trying to help out. They were so kind to a 22 year old female. Although it took 90 minutes in the end it worked out perfectly! They repaired the tire and then rotated them for her at no charge! Talk about taking care of your customers! Guess where she will likely go when she is ready for a new set of tire? Keep up the great job team.

My husband stopped in today and spoke with Paul who reviewed the car and recommended all 4 tires be replaced due to dry rotting. His car is parked outside during the day and subject to the heat, plus he drives an hour to work and back, so it takes a toll on his tires. After viewing the options, the best ones for his 2021 VW Atlas Cross Sport, with the A rating, were Yokohama tires. We chose the full warranty plan for 60k miles. They were installed quickly and ride great. We have had this brand before and they served us well. After having worked with the dealer previously on tires, we felt that Discount was more of a specialist and brought the vehicle here to discuss the options. Especially due to the construction and road hazards all over Vegas and Henderson right now. This is a nice store with friendly staff in a great Green Valley location. We are so happy they got the car in and out on a Saturday morning!

I have been impressed by this Discount Tire location. I originally found them while shopping for tires for one of my vehicles. They were able to get the tires in I wanted in a few days vs. a few weeks at the big box stores. They also beat the price of other places I checked. Since that experience, I have gone to them for all my tire needs. I feel valued as a customer there and both I and my time have been well treated. I had a problem getting my car to start the last time I visited and they got me jumped and made sure I was good to go. They then gave me recommendations for nearby places that could check my battery. I feel like they care; they are my go to for all things tires now.

Very friendly staff. Thought I needed to patch my tire. Ended up not needing it but they warmed my business for all future tire needs. Update. Flat tire on the way to work. Tire needs to be patched. If I was told in advance the wait is 2 hours, then I would've just gone to small tire shop to get patched in minutes and go to work. If urgent, then go to nearest small tire shop.

Bought a set of tires on their recommendation for my Odyssey. Tires were rated at 60K miles. One tire went bald at 33K miles, and 2 others were 1-2 16ths from needing to be replaced (fourth was replaced more recently from a road hazard). Was told they would credit me the miles left on the bald tire (which somehow was only like $90), and that I could "try a new set of tires and see if they lasted longer". This was of course at full install and retail cost, minus the warranty credit. When I asked why I would incur this cost, when these tires clearly did not measure up, I was told that Discount did not make the tires, and "Yokohama can make up any mileage warranty they want." They refused to discount anything else, so I would have to pay full price for all the install costs associated with a new set of tires. I am not a tire tester, and have no intention of "trying to find good tires" at my own expense. If you don't stand behind your product, don't sell it. The least they could have done was offer me the warranty credit on new tires without charging me install again. But alas, I am not going to drop $1100 on tires every 30K miles because you sell garbage tires. Lost a 20+ year customer because of your lack of culpability. As an aside, they did recommend a set of Michelin tires which, after my warranty credit, were still over $200 more than Costco. So I guess Im a Costco Tire guy now.

I brought our 2005 Prius to this store for a tire rotation even though I purchased them at another location here in Henderson, NV since they are fast and thorough here. I was willing to pay for the rotation, but they rotate tires for all vehicles at NO CHARGE. I watched the crew work, and they were fast but very proficient using a torque wrench for the final tightening of the lug nuts. I have purchased tires at this store in the past for a different vehicle and their price with installation was lower than using TireBuyer or Tire Rack after adding installation at another shop.

Had an awesome experience at Discount Tire today thanks to Chris! Even though the shop was super busy, he still took the time to help me get my spare tire fitted for my Tacoma and made sure everything was done safely and right.
