These guys are awesome. Brought my car in first thing in the morning and they were so efficient and honest about the whole process. Great price for the work being done. The guys at the green valley store were absolutely amazing to deal with, I had to get my upper control arm on my truck completely replaced, and they called the dealership and got an OEM control arm on the way, I dropped the truck off at 10am and was given a time of around 2:30 when the part would show up, the guys did such an awesome job the truck was completely done close to that time! Once again, amazing guys and awesome techs! And didn’t end up breaking the bank either! Definitely would recommend that store specifically.

Update: To add insult to injury...a month and a half after getting my high dollar radiator service done, my reservoir was completely dry. It wasn't even bled properly. Don't trust them for radiator jobs! Price gougers! Do not trust! He charged me $516.00 (part only) for a $115.00 radiator (part only) part #RAD2919. Then they put the old radiator cap back on.

I'm sad to be writing this review today, but it's only been 18K miles since having a brake fluid flush at this shop. The fluid should absolutely not look like this only after 18K miles. Not sure if something was done improperly, but something is definitely wrong. This shop has done everything wonderfully for me for 90% of services I come here for, but the one service I figured they'd excel at I'm not so sure about. I'll happily update this review if more information comes to light, but for now I figured I'd caution others just in case.

I took my car into a Firestone store to have my oil changed. They checked some other things and found that my brake fluid was bad. I had my brakes and they also flushed to brake fluid a year ago. So I took it back to BM and Jarel (manager) took car of it at no expense. That's what a good manager does. No wonder he won Best BM store manager in 2025.
