I took my Mazda 3 for an oil change. The mechanic discovered my break line was leaking and sent me photos for reference. The shop held the car a few days longer than expected due to issues with sourcing the correct breaks and calipers, but I was glad to finally have my car back and they washed it for me too!

Above and Beyond Service – Thank You Brandon & The Meineke Team I had to bring my vehicle back to Meineke on Sunridge Heights Parkway after getting all my brakes changed and an oil change the day before. It was still making a strange noise, and it turned out a spring needed replacing. Here’s where it gets amazing: I had a noon appointment I couldn’t miss and offered to take an Uber. Instead, Brandon, one of the managers, handed me the keys to his personal vehicle and said, “Don’t worry about it, I’ve got full insurance. By the time you’re back, we’ll have it fixed.” And they did. You just don’t see that level of trust and customer care anymore. That simple gesture saved me time, stress, and money. I’m beyond thankful, and this is exactly the kind of business we need in our community. Thank you, Brandon. Thank you to the entire staff. You all went above and beyond, and I’ll be recommending Meineke to everyone I know.

Staff was super friendly, especially the front desk guy. But the mechanic, after the work, test drove my car without washing his hands. He literally went from doing work without gloves to test driving. The inside of my car had grease marks all over, like hte steering wheel, seat, center console and worst of all the fabric B frame. Now I question whether they even did the work properly if they can't even do the basics of driving a customer's car with clean hands? I do not recommend going to this one, despite the friendliness of the staff.

I got an oil change and they got me in and out quickly. I know it’s an easy service but they were very professional and gave me a great price. The tech did a great job of doing an extensive inspection, taking pictures, and kept my Jeep clean.

My new job as a ride share driver meant needing to have my vehicle inspected to be sure everything was safe and working properly. This Meineke location was on the list of authorized centers. Having used Meineke for work when I lived in another state, I opted to go here. The techs were very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They made time for me, even though I didn’t have an appointment and had just “walked in.” The tech did his inspection, completed the paperwork I needed, and soon I was on my way. I recommend this Meineke location for work you made need on your vehicle, and I will be back in the future if my SUV needs any repairs that they do there. Thanks again to the techs that assisted me that day.

Made an appointment with them because my car’s AC was not blowing cold air. I had recently been in a small accident, AC was working perfectly fine prior to that. Upon checking my car, they said it had zero freon in it, I wasn’t surprised because of the accident. They said they needed to put freon in it to check if it would cool or if there’s any leaks or if there’s an issue with the compressor, cost for that was going to be $300. Approximately one hour later, I was told that my compressor was bad and I would also need a new AC condenser. I said no, the AC condenser is new, (so that tells me they didn’t even actually check it) to which he replied “oh.” He also stated that there were no leaks, but the air was still not cooling which meant the compressor is bad. The first price he told me was $3800 to replace the compressor. He said he could bring it down to $2900 and he would take a hit on the cost of labor. I was looking at financing options and he said “even better have someone else pay for it and you pay them back.” I then told him I’d have to think about it since it was a lot of money and before I left he brought the price down once again to $2600 and waived the $300 fee to recharge the freon. I got a second opinion and found that my car STILL had zero freon in it (which I suspected because all of my cars vents were still closed as I had left them), my compressor was perfectly fine, no leaks, and all it needed was a recharge. I paid less than $400 and my AC is blowing cool air! BEWARE WITH MEINEKE!! Always get a second opinion!

My car was brought in originally due to a coolant leak. After spending $1800, I still have a coolant leak. My vehicle drove worse than before I brought it in vibration wise. I called to let them know this, I was told one of my weights probably fell off when they did my rear brakes and rotors, and it would be safe to drive. 2 other auto inspections by separate shops both deemed it not only unsafe to drive, but pointed out that all the photos attached to my invoice of work I needed done on my car, were not even of my vehicle. If you’re set on going to a Meineke car center, I recommend the one on Boulder Hwy.

Paid these guys $5,000 to fix my car. Been sitting in their shop for a month. Edit. Been just under 4 months. No solutions. District manager and has been unhelpful, corporate has been unhelpful. The only helpful staff in meineke where the very professional staff on site. I'm sorry but I doesn't take a week to answer a yes or no question district manager The fact that upper management has zero urgency is insane to me. Time is money Don't waste your time here

I would never go this location again. Following my oil change and oil filter after a phone call the day before as to asking for the price, I went to this location only to be quoted $30+ more than what I had been told. After bringing that to the attention of the man at the counter, I initially told him that is was not what he had quoted. He then reduced the price $30.00 but with tax, it still ended up at $98+. They proceeded with the work and following the oil change, they could not remove the oil cap and then subsequently broke it. They did replace it without additional charge; however, when the bill was printed, there were numerous recommendations that "had to be performed". I refused, then immediately when to an authorized Toyota dealership to have the car examined. As it turned out, NOTHING was required with the exception of changing the brake fluid. As a result, I would never trust this organization again to service either my or my wife's Toyota Camry.

Save your time & don’t go here. Just take your car to a dealership to get diagnosed. Made an appointment, got here to have brake pads looked at but was told to come back so they can get it up and have a better look but was also told that just by visual seeing, I had some pad left & I’d be good for a couple of days & also that I’d need new rotors too. Look, I have A LOT of car knowledge & wasn’t taking that for a solution so I scheduled an appointment at Toyota the next morning to have a $30 brake inspection (pays to PAY!!) for them to tell me i in fact didn’t have a couple of days and my brake pads were already touching metal (I know this because I could hear it already). They also proceed to tell me that I DO NOT need new rotors because with these new cars EXCEPT foreign or Volvo..etc have thicker pads that CAN be grinded down. Save yourself the time and headache and just go to a reputable shop. Because I’m sure if I didn’t know much they would have got me for pads AND rotors and if you don’t know rotors aren’t cheap. Hope this helps! Don’t get ripped off :) !!

Great job on oil change although there was a $35 charge that wasn’t necessary. Gave me an estimate for a break job and received an estimate from the dealer for half the price.

I was so surprised what great customer service I received because I was frantic. And they took care of me like I was the best Customer they've ever had. Nick, who works at the front desk was so kind that I will definitely be back for all my auto needs.

Made an appointment online. The site we scheduled at was booked but the manager was able to get us in at another site just ten minutes up the road. They knew we were coming and we were immediately checked in. Thank you!

Make sure to get a second opinion after seeing these guys. I had a nail in the tread of my tire and with just a visual he said I needed a new tire and that he couldn't patch it because it was considered the sidewall. He even said they had cameras and they could get in trouble if they did patch it. It sounded like BS so I went to another shop. The other shop said it was borderline sidewall and they would have to inspect it. It turns out, the nail never penetrated the tire and no patch was needed. This other shop charged me $0 and if I would have stayed at Meineke, they would have charged me hundreds.

Be aware!!! By far, it was the worst customer service I've ever had. I left my car there for 4 days just for a thermostat and radiator flush. They said they would take care of it in 1 day but then found out it was all under warranty. They tried to get me to get something different, but I denied it. So they then said we'll it will be a couple days till your car is done. But wait, it gets better. As soon as I got my car back, it was missing the engine cover. Air intakes weren't connected, and it was extremely dirty, full of burnt coolant on my belts, and everywhere eles on my engine from lazy work. THEY LEFT THE THEREMOSTAT SCREW OPEN AND AIR IN MY COOLANT SYSTEM. I took my car immediately to another shop to get fixed. I didn't feel safe driving it, so I had to get it towed. No apologies were given at all. I used to take my car there and it's definitely under new management. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! they were trying to charge 680 for a sensor!!! I got it done for 200 at another mechanic, thankfully. They proply would have done that wrong too. Hope this review helps.

I went to get my tire alignment and whoever did a test drive lied and said it was driving fine, only for me to find out it was veering MORE to the right then when I brought it in. Upon returning the manager told me that the alignment machine had been "messed up for a few days" but they had no problem charging me for using it even though they new it wasn't working. Around four test drives later the car is now slightly turning to the left. I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.
