Five stars aren't enough for this Firestone location! Joseph and the team are fantastic. I came in for a specific issue, and not only did they fix it quickly and correctly, but they also saved me a ton of money by being honest about what I didn't need. It's rare to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but Joseph's communication was excellent. He took the time to explain everything so I left not just with a fixed car, but with a better understanding of what was going on. Great service, fair prices, and knowledgeable staff. I'll definitely be back.

Joseph and Ken are great. They demonstrated high level of customer service and they they showed pride in working for the Firestone. I like the quote at the wall from the founder about honesty.The only issue that i had is that the front tires pressure was 31 and the back tires was 40.I had to fix it today. 12/19/2025.

The mechanics at this Firestone are like Einstein of mechanics. They discovered things on my Kia Sorrento that needed to be fixed especially a driveline that could have caused a problem in the future. I appreciate the service the kindness the manager Joseph is so kind and very patient that this place is worth all of our business. My husband and I have just decided that we will bring all of our vehicles to this particular Firestone because of the service they have and the quality of their work is beyond excellent.

Thank you so much to the Manager Joseph & Alex. These two are AWSOME! I can see why I always come back, over 6 years a customer at Firestone. Joseph is a professional who is squared away & operates from his heart, his associate Alex was such a gentleman and operates just the same as well. Yesterday was my first time meeting the manager & team, since last has changed. I am so grateful to have a business & associates that work there that I can trust! Made me feel like family honestly. My Car had a flat front tire and a bad back tire overnight. I was able to make it to the store at around 7am as soon as it opened. Alex and his incredible staff found the tires I needed and had them delivered to store and the work performed in a reasonable amount of time. They were also extremely courteous and friendly.
