I had the most amazing experience at AAA Henderson Horizon Ridge Auto Repair Center, and I absolutely have to rave about Thad! My headlights went out, and I was really unsure if I accidentally hit a button while cleaning my dashboard or if it was something else entirely. I first went to another auto shop, where they barely took the time to even look at my car. They just turned it on, confirmed the headlights weren't working, and then hit me with a $1,000 quote for new headlights + labor. They also mentioned that because both headlights went out at the same time, it was likely an electrical issue. Right after, a kind gentleman overheard their ridiculous quote, waited for me outside, and told me I should go somewhere else where they’d actually take the time to check the car. So, I drove straight to AAA Henderson Horizon Ridge, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I pulled in, they had me pull the car up, and Thad immediately took a look at the problem. He popped the hood, examined the bulbs, and instantly showed me that the filament in both bulbs had simply detached. No electrical issue, just faulty bulbs! He directed me to the auto store in the parking lot, suggested I pick up two replacement bulbs. I came back, and Thad quickly swapped out the bulbs. I can't tell you how thankful I am for his honesty and professionalism. He didn’t try to upsell me or make things more complicated than they needed to be. He took just a few minutes to look at the issue and saved me hundreds of dollars. AAA Henderson Horizon Ridge is officially my go-to auto repair shop from now on, and I can't recommend Thad and this shop enough!

Took my vehicle in for possible replacing both control arms, but was advised after inspection that the arms were ok but had a leak from the steering pump. Juana advice me of the issue and the new pump was installed. I just wanted to thank Juana and the mechanic for their honesty and work well done. This was my first time at this location and will always bring my vehicle here if needed. Thank you to everyone at AAA.

Im being scammed as we speak Update went down to see my car and get clarity and confirm labor cost as those cost doubled my repair bill. I cannot in good conscience say the labor cost are at all fair or explained clearly to a ponit of understanding but I did understand the labor cost are not set by the staff as I was told corporate has a set chart for them to follow. I can't give 5 stars but I can give 3 instead of the original one star. My car has been there 7+days my final review and rating will be based on its condition upon retun to me estimted for tomorrow 07/16.

Took my car in for an oil change at the Horizon Ridge location. Upon receipt of my paperwork, they said I needed work done on my car totaling $2000. That was a red flag. When I was paying, the clerk asked me to reinsert my card stating I didn’t sign the transaction. I informed her I did sign it and she stated it didn’t go through and asked me to sign again. I asked her if she was charging me twice and she said that wouldn’t happen. The next day my CC company called me and stated there were 2 oil change charges from AAA and suggested that I speak with AAA. When I brought it to AAA’s, (Horizon Ridge location), attention they denied it happened. My CC company reversed the additional charge since AAA refused to address the problem. A few days later, I took my car in because it was making a clicking noise. First they told me it would be $200 for a diagnostic test, then I was told, we won’t service your car because you didn’t pay for your oil change. I showed him my online statement and was told that it was not proof, he needed a paper statement. I informed him I do not receive paper statements, and he insisted that was the only way I could prove the double charge. I will never use this location again. I called the AAA on sunset, the one I normally use, but they were booked and suggested I try the AAA on Boulder highway. This location heard the clicking and immediately recognized the sound, and didn’t have to do a diagnostic. They were booked as well but. after hearing my situation with the Horizon Ridge Location, said they would squeeze me in and ordered me a LIFT ride to get home. They fixed my car and I picked it up later that day. I will never use or do I recommend using, the Horizon Ridge location. They never offered the AAA member discount, they charge more then the other locations, and they are dishonest it their quotes regarding “needed” care maintenance. I highly recommend the Sunset or Boulder Highway location. These 2 locations have incredible staff who are efficient, honest, helpful, kind. knowledgeable and they both offer the AAA member discount. The only reason I ever went to the Horizon Ridge location is that it’s closest to my home, but that will never happen again. They are rude, inconsiderate, and dismissive. They seem not to care about customer service. Such a disappointment and a bad name for the AAA brand.

Moises and team are outstanding, very detailed & professional.I will be returning without a doubt . My old van required a little more than newer cars regarding the alignment. It’s a clean facility and near by stores if you wait or complementary transportation. It’s nice to leave feeling good about the service I paid for - money is tight nowadays for everyone. Pricy, sloppy and a little deceiving. I got a remanufactured part instead of new but was not told. Part was 30% more than other sources.167.35 for multipoint inspection that I was not told about. What was inspected? Ran card BEFORE even seeing the bill. The mechanic got engine cover dirty but did not clean. Nice people but needs improvement. They also put wrong hose clips on radiator hose. They used cheap and not original manufacturers clamps. OEM last longer and designed specifically to adjust with heat and age of hoses. Then did not top off the coolent that had been lost. See new pictures.

I went to AAA for the first time to get my oil change. My husband always took care of it, but he passed away recently. When I got the bill I saw that they had used synthetic oil. I said that I had never used synthetic oil. I was told that my car required synthetic oil. I checked my old Jiffy Lube receipts. My car has always used 5W/30. Don't lie to me. My husband retired for Pennzoil. I knew he would never use synthetic oil. I will never return to AAA Auto Repair. I thought I could trust AAA.

I had my oil changed. Went to my car and could hear a loud alarm going off from inside my car. The reckless employee from Bay 1 had left my car gear shift in drive and did not have it in park Went to tell Moses about it and he could care less. Upon leaving the building could hear him laughing with the reckless employee in bay one about it.

I had my car towed here recently after it wouldn’t start. Although my vehicle is European and needed a different software to be properly evaluated, Moses handled everything extremely well. Great communication and assist me with getting the vehicle to a shop with the software needed. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness.
