I usually call several places for quotes and what not, but this time, I called this place first and right off the bat I knew it would be a great experience. Took my car for brakes and tires and they did not disappoint. Gino took care of us! The customer service was impressive and the rates/prices were very fair! I brought our 1954 fully resto mond panel van in for a power steering problem. They couldn't help us because of the age of the vehicle. Even though everything in the vehicle is new except the body. Oh well insurance excuses always work pretty well. The on the bright side the service personnel recommended I go to Apollo motors. What a blessing. The fact that they would tell me where to go for possibly fixing my vehicle on Christmas Eve was such a gift. We went to Apollo motors who specializes in classic cars and they are a very special organization. Even if your car isn't broken down go to Apollo motors and check out their showrooms. Thank you Firestone for referring me to them.

We had an ongoing issue with our check engine light, after multiple visits/repairs from another location. We went to the Pecos location instead for the follow up. Geno didn’t tell us to go to where we had the work initially done. Because of the transparency that Geno displayed during our repair process - he made us feel comfortable and that we could trust him. After finding out that our repair was a warranty issue we were relived and felt like this Firestone location would be our number one stop going forward. Typically, it is tough to trust some individuals working in this arena as it appears that most are out for more money and to rip you off. This was not the case as this was an opportunity to take advantage of us which he did not do. We are grateful that Geno displayed the behaviors on the walls within the Firestone shops of integrity and trust. Thank you Firestone for hiring and training your associates to execute the philosophy of the company values, as we experienced during our visit on Friday. The staff is utterly incompetent. The service writer took 30 minutes to write a work order for 2 wheel and tire mount and balance. The whole time I have to hear him BS about shit he knows nothing about. I never received a phone call to tell me they were done. And when I went to pick up my wheels and tires, I was told that they couldn’t balance them. I asked if they broke the bead and spun the tire, he looked at me like I was speaking french. The cherry on top. Once I got home I noticed that the directional tire were mounted in the same direction. So this entire process was a useless waste of my time.

The service people are very honest. I do very low mileage but I was surprised when I went in a few months ago to get a regular service and they told me it was OK to leave it for up to a year. They could have easily just taken my money. I just returned for the service. They checked everything and made a couple of suggestions for maintenance items but were not at all pushy. I used to get all my services at Toyota but this is so my more convenient as well as less expensive.
