I don’t know how this place has four stars to be honest with you. Please be sure to check their yelp as well. This mechanic is about to charge my good friend, more than double the average cost for replacement of a power steering pump, she called me as she's now getting held up basically hostage by the mechanic nearly doubling the price of the original estimate and tacking on Random fees and additional charges for no reason. I verify the price of the hardware and checked with two other mechanics in this guy is way way overboard. Taking a $600 job to 1200 and 1500 for a Simple power steering pump replacement. Rest assured, I will be reporting this guy to the bureau of automotive repair as well as the Better Business Bureau if he does not remedy this situation immediately.

Absolutely wonderful shop, if I could rate it 6 stars I would! I needed my clutch replaced ahead of an unexpected long drive back to Pennsylvania next week. Williams was able to get my car in the same day I called and kept me updated via texts throughout the whole process. I ended up needing a new flywheel as well and he got one ordered and shipped right away so my car would be done before the weekend. Not only is this shop honest and transparent about the work they do, they make you feel like a priority. I would recommended this shop to anyone in the Henderson/Vegas area! I was having trouble turning on my jeep. I called here, as it was the nearest mechanic. A woman answered and was very kind and helpful, she told me I could come in. Such a great experience with this shop. I was nearing the due date for my registration renewal but I had a check engine light on. I needed the issue fixed to pass my smog check in order to renew my registration on time. The issue? I only had 4 days to get it done and the initial quote stated it would take 2 days to fix. As a busy business owner, not having my car for 2 days would have been tough. They scheduled my repair on my one day off and stayed way past closing time to get it done so I wouldn't have to go 2 days without my car. AMAZING ABOVE AND BEYOND Customer Service. And I got a good deal (they replaced faulty fuel pressure sensor in my BMW which required them to take out the entire fuel tank to get to). Highly recommend and was impressed that they were able to service my EV car! This will be my new mechanic.
