They're willing to work with you and communication was straightforward. They always reach back with an update. I feel that they prefer email since I get a response quicker than a call. They also detailed the hell out my car when I received it back. It rained hard but my car is still shiny.

After my car was side swiped and the driver door was jammed. I could not get in or out. I called my local Team Chevrolet dealership for recommendations for car repair and they suggested "Integrity Customs." Integrity Customs did an amazing job! I was a little skeptical at first but, Joey was very comforting and he did his Thang!!!👏🏽👏🏽They washed my car, They shampoo'd all the carpets and filled all my tires with air before I picked it up. It was returned Shining. I felt like I was sitting in a new car. Hopefully, I won't have to return, given the circumstances, but, if I need these type of services again, I will definitely return. I live 40 minutes away on the other side of North Las Vegas (Aliante) and it was well worth the drive. Worth every penny. Thank you so much!!

I went to several places some were a bit high some middle. Integrity customs gave me the best price, then when I dropped the car off they gave a me a ride home on top of that. They fixed it and matched the color perfectly! It’s like it never happened! When I picked up my car they also washed it before pick and polished the rims, car looks new, thanks Joey! Integrity Customs is hands down the best auto body shop in town.

Took my 2021 Honda CRV in based on recommendation from Shack Findlay Honda. Needed repair of dent and misc from a Rear End collision. MORE THAN 5 STARS!!!!! 10/10 This shop has been nothing short of AMAZING. I’ve had plenty of repairs done this year (more than I’d like lol) but they’ve done an amazing job each and everytime. I LOVE Mandy she has been amazing!!! My first two incidents they fixed each of those within ONE week! The communication was great and they were extremely fast. I paid out of pocket for those and by far the best pricing out there. My most recent accident was pretty bad. This time i went through insurance. Insurance was a pain in my ass but Mandy did an excellent job at ensuring me that she will handle all parts of this process. She made it extremely easy and dealt with insurance for me throughout the entire process. Insurance is the one that took a while…. They were able to finish the work within a week & a half!!! They finished by detailing my car and had it looking brand new. Mandy has been truly amazing , she has been great with communicating! She’s extremely sweet, welcoming, trust worthy, & professional! Thank you again for everything you guys have done!

He did a wonderful job on my Black Range Rover. Everyone told me to get a new paint job. He took a look at my Range Rover and said I’ll try to buff it. If it doesn’t look good I won’t charge you. After seeing my hood I asked him to buff the rest of the car. Before you pay for a pint job, go see him. It’s well worth the drive to save a good amount of money.
