This place is awesome!!! Joe Defalco in service was great and on point with everything from the start as my vehicle had recalls immediately put me into a rental car once they had the ok and had everything ready for me start to finish. From phone calls to picking up my vehicle from them super fast and efficient! no blurred lines. Glad I have my car back and it’s awesome! Thanks again joe and Peter .

I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but this is unfortunate. We schedule a test drive of a new car. We received confirmation and assurance they'd be ready; we were even given the name of the salesperson. All was going great! We arrived on time, the salesperson introduced themselves, handed us off to another associate. We told them why we were there. The salesperson told us they'd get the car. A bit later, they told us they didn't have the car we'd scheduled for a test drive. Seems like a pretty disrespectful way to do business.

Let me tell you something about this place. I have dealt with many service departments with many different car companies. This is by far the best service I've received. They're always nice, professional, and address me by my name. I've only been there maybe three times over the last year and they will always remember me. There is one gentleman that takes care of me personally but I'm so poor at names I think it's either John or Rob. He's usually at the station by itself in the corner. All I know is that he's incredible and turns a potential stressful day into a stress-free one. Great job keep up the good work.

I love bringing my car here. They are so nice and never try to upsell me on unnecessary things. They even fixed a recall i knew nothing about!!! Free. My bill was exactly as expected and super fair. Complementary car wash is never a bad thing. I just love them.

Jo was helpful and attentive. The time he estimated to complete all that was discussed prior to working on my car was actually less than he projected. That was nice. I received a txt regarding the findings and he went over each with me. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. His customer care skills are singularly enough for me to come back for my next scheduled service. Plus, I appreciated the free car wash.

They damage my car I didn’t even drive it off the lot, I showed it to the service manager. He try to give me some bs excuse that when they washed it the heat cause it to crack on the base of the front windshield where they where working on the windshield sprayers. He showed me a paper saying they aren’t liable. I had to settle it in a different manner and they all can suck it

The absolutely positively without a doubt the only and I do mean the only place you want to take your Kia or buy a Kia from. Believe me I have been to the others and they all suck when it comes to service. Joe and Ed in service are beyond great. They deserve a raise great. As we are a Kia family Towbin Kia treats us better than family and they have that same attitude for every one of their other. I have seen it. Since I am old school customer service attitude, threw what I have seen and experienced first hand there really is no better dealership or service department than Towbin Kia. I do not care what the other companies may say I know better I've experienced it. I have experienced the horrible customer service and ignorance from their competitors and the wonderful experience at Towbin. Yes there maybe a glitch time or too but it's addressed immediately and corrected again unlike the competitor's. It is in my opinion based on first hand experiences you should only go to the best Kia dealership in all of Vegas and Henderson.....Towbin. So please keep up the good work guys. Thank you. And we will see you for the next service when needed. And I still have my eye on K5 GT as next car🤩it's my turn to pick out the car we get...

The entire service team at Towbin Kia did an amazing job handling my 2015 Kia Optima engine issue. My service advisor Karen was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel valued and well taken care of during the entire process. Peter, the Service Manager, provided me with great communication along the way and made the experience very positive. Our service tech did an excellent job working on my car, and he was friendly, fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this team to anyone who needs their Kia serviced.

Came in to get a scheduled recall service. Their system was down. They suggested that I wait. I waited for over 2 hours then when I wanted to leave they lost my keys. I had to wait another hour for them to find them in someone else's car. They couldn't reschedule my appointment because their systems were offline. I called 2 weeks later and their systems were offline. I called a week later and their systems were offline again. It took another month to get my car in. When I came in, I spoke with the manager and he treated me like I was crazy stating that the systems were never down. Horrible service and treatment. They should visit Kia of Irvine to learn how to treat their customers. I have other insane stories from this location. I will never visit here again and I highly suggest you avoid this location at all costs.

The gentleman in the service department was very nice, however there are clear issues with how the department is being run. I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 AM, and at 12:30 PM they still have not started working on my car yet. I understand running behind, but three hours behind is a scheduling issue. I would rather wait for another day for an appointment than be told they are able to work on my car at a certain time and that not be the case. This shows no consideration for other people’s time.

He was extremely patient, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire process, making what could have been an incredibly stressful situation so much more manageable. Wanted to take my car in to get an undercarriage protection piece replaced. I called to make an appointment and when I asked if they had the part, the service representative became very impatient and said that I needed to talk to the parts department and transferred me there. No one answered and they never returned my call. Why isn't the service rep checking? Why was it my job? Not to mention it took three visits for them to properly fix my A/C. The wasting of my time and the lack of professionalism means I won't be back to this Kia Service Center even though it's down the road from me. It's extremely disappointing.

On 7-2-2025 I took my car in with approximately 20,000 miles for an oil change, they told me my rear brake pads were at a 4 and needed to be replaced after doing there multi point inspection. On 7-22-2025 to Meineke to have them replaced and was told they were at a 6 and didn’t need to be replaced. On 11-19-2025 I took my car for an oil change at Findlay Kia and they told me my rear brake pads were at a 6. I called the Kia Corporate Customer Service and filed a complaint against Towbin Kia.

My question is how do you give negative stars or zero stars? This is not the first time I've had to bring my car in for service and have them do something wrong to it and claim ignorance. They're scheduling system is flawed and wrong they know it and can't explain it to me. And when my check engine light comes on for work they have performed and I have a warranty I pay for and they can't work you in for up to three or four days it's pretty bad I will never be coming back to anything Tobin I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but they are one of the worst car companies I feel on the face of the planet

I got my charging port fixed at a timely manner after getting screwed by a different body shop(crash champions in Henderson-awful place) the lady’s at customer service were kind and helpful. Tbh after my last experience at a body shop where they straight up lied to my face and tampered with my dash-cam SD card this place was fairly good.
