Service rep James was polite and friendly; however, he told me he "personally inspected the vehicle" upon its return to me. As soon as the lift gate was opened a large metal wrench fell, it was left in the tail gate door-jam area. Thankfully that didn't hit anyone on the head. So much for a look over inspection. My bumper guard was replaced with a cheap low quality decal. More importantly, the rear bumper is missing numerous bolts from each side where it attaches to the wheel well. Lastly, some small paint chips were present upon pick up that were not there when I dropped the vehicle off. My tailgate doesn't open or close the same and the locking feature is not properly functioning. Visually the vehicle looks good, but I have a lot of concerns about the reliability of the work done and how sloppy the staff who worked on this were. What else isn't put together properly? Where are there other bolts missing from? Are there more tools being left that I haven't found yet?

We will only bring our vehicles to this Caliber location. We had issues at the Gibson location and our son had issues at a location near Chicago. This location has friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable employees. They went out of their way to get our truck done before we were scheduled to leave for vacation.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at any auto shop. I stopped by Caliber Collision on Eastgate and worked with Brandon, the manager. I dropped my truck off to Caliber Collision on N. 5th street in N Las Vegas Oct 25th 2023 for body repair work after my truck slide into trees after a bad rain storm in Ely. They had to transport my truck down to this location in Henderson because it is a dually Ram 3500 and said it was too big for their shop on N. 5th st. I got update from Brandon that my truck was going to be ready by December 8th. This was largely in part to the auto workers strike so that slowed down the repair process for parts. When I went to go down and pick it up, I couldn’t believe the incredible job that they did. I feel like I bought a new truck. They even went the extra mile and did a touch up powder coat spray paint on my front bumper. The truck looks incredible. I would highly recommend any body work be done by Caliber Collision.

Had my car repairs done here through my insurance. James R. and another colleague of his assisted me with the process of repairs and it was a breeze. He was friendly, informational and quick. Left me with little to no questions at the conclusion of my drop off, and everything was completed in the timeline as promised, and to the standard explained. I wish I had some after pictures as they really did a great job, but of course, human nature, we usually on remember the bad. The front office was also very friendly and made sure I was taken care of with shuttle accommodations. Overall my experience with James and the team here was great, and would definitely recommend.
