Would give negative stars. Had my truck repaired here. When I picked it up nobody showed me the work that was done. Had a heavy run in the clear coat. Was sent back and they buffed it a little. Brought truck back out could still see the run. Sent it back a third time looked better. When I got home the reflection off of the side of the truck could see runs all along the side of the bed. Also had little fish eyes on the whole side of the truck. They had to redo the whole side. My whole truck is covered in overspray. Very dissatisfied with my experience.

I selected this shop to repair my car because someone I knew had taken their car here and they seemed satisfied. That's wasn't my experience. There were several things that I found that are unsatisfactory. First thing was the rude treatment, there was no follow up or calls like they promised. They damaged the paint on the opposite of the repair, I found a beer bottle cap in my cup holder (bud light) and all of the contents of my trunk were thrown in my backseat (my plastic crate was broken that held my trunk contents) and not placed back in the trunk. Once I opened the trunk to put the stuff back I noticed that the mat that covers the spare was removed and never put back. The spare and jack was not placed in the trunk the way that it was and left just sitting inmy trunk. Then I opened my middle console to find 2 extra parts inside, I'm not sure what the parts go to but they were thrown in the console. The rear passenger side door has oil/dirt prints on the inside. It's like the more I look the more I find. This is really disheartening on top of the rude treatment, I honestly feel that this was not a quality experience and I highly disappointed.

My experience here was super quick and easy John was so friendly and effective. They only took a couple of days to get my car fixed due to getting rear ended from an car accident last week. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the good work!

All City had to completely repaint my entire Escalade and it turned out like factory! It was beautiful. The team was great to work with handled insurance & was done in a timely fashion with great communication. Would highly recommend.

The will let you park at their place, and charge $50, but for the Ed Sheeran concert that got cancelled, I watched as they let somebody else pull into the lot, pay money, then find out the event was cancelled, and turned right back around, and suddenly the workers had packed up their things, claiming the owner wasn’t around, then they shut all the doors, cowardly hiding to not face the people they screwed over. That also means that they weren’t checking tickets or doing anything to make sure each drivers car was safe. Pathetic company that will prey on any fan that is wanting to park for a game. Park anywhere else, and take your car anywhere else. The cars they were working on look half finished, and then just sit there. If they refund all of us, I will happily change my review. This is an absolutely terrible company. I am just revisiting this so I can once again state how dishonest this company is. Do yourself a favor and take your business someplace else, anywhere else.

I was rear ended and this shop was contracted with the persons insurance. They didn’t fix the one thing that I wanted them too, which was the squeaking when I drive over bumpy roads. I told the guy that it was still squeaking after I picked it up and he drove in the smooth parking lot and said it was fine. I was working full-time and they have the same hours as my job so I wasn’t able to go in to get it fixed and now I live out state. Disappointed with my experience there.

Woooooooow was I impressed with this body shop!! Due to a very unlucky month, I found myself in three separate accidents and in need of repair. I worked closely with John however the entire staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating. They worked wonderfully with the companies at fault for my accidents and my repairs were done so quickly! Over the course of one month, they had my car three separate times and the process was seamless.. And I couldn't believe how great my car looked once the repairs were done! I will refer everyone here. From start to finish, the process was smooth and wonderfully done. Thank you so much All City!!

There's no listing for their hacienda location so I'm leaving this here. Customer service was fine but when we picked up our car there was paint and new scratches all over it. I don't know what they did to it in the MONTH they had it but now I have to get the car repainted and maybe even replace more windows because of the other paint they got on it. When I asked if they would fix it, they said "oh we have to talk to the paint guy and see what he says." They also stole everything from our trunk. Go somewhere else if you need auto repair. EDIT: They threw away all of our belongings in the car, stating they believed them to be the property of the people who stole our car. I'm sure the thieves just needed a safe place to study for medical school and that's why they stole our vehicle. There was medical textbooks, $300 shoes, a bag with expensive work clothes inside, the rosary my late grandmother in law gave my husband before she died, and other assorted items that no person with an ounce of common sense would think belongs to the people who stole our car. They did offer to fix the paint issue, but who in their right mind would return to this place? They sent us a measly check to make up for their absolute blunder but it comes no where near the actual value of the items they carelessly threw out.

All city, had my car looking brand new like i just purchased it right off the show floor! You got a dent, bring it to All City Auto. You need paint, bring it to All City Auto! I was definately impressed.

We had an amazing experience with George and the entire staff of All City Auto Body on W Hacienda Ave! I can’t thank them enough for all of their help! Our car was stolen and when the police recovered it had a lot of damage. All City took care of dealing with the insurance company, which was a huge relief. They did the body work, which came out so beautifully color matched you can’t even see where the damage was. On top of that, they coordinated with the other contractors to do the mechanical work. George really went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with the repairs done to the car. They had amazing attention to detail and customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Tried to take my car there to get repaired. Got there at 4:00pm and they called enterprise for me. At 4:30 the gentleman from the front came to my car where I was waiting and suggested I come in th morning because enterprise was going to be 20 more min and they close at 5:00. I said well that would still be 10 min before you close and he just looked at me and said ya. I’m sure they just wanted to get off early and I was the last appt. So anyway it was super ghetto and I was hesitant front the jump so I just ended up taking my car down the street to another shop that I had previously used and wow what a difference in customer service. I will never use that company just really bad customer service
