Went to get an oil change from these guys and it was a great experience! Everyone here was very knowledgeable and helpful. Brian was able to determine and address issues with my bmw quickly and efficiently, while Alvin and Trey answered every question I had and Alvin even kept me comfortable and talking until my car was completed. Felt like 5 minutes even though they worked on it for 30 minutes. I would gladly do business with this location any day of the week. The customer service was above and beyond. Thanks guys!

I got an oil change here and they were super dope. They estimated 45 mins to an hour but finished in like 30 mins, maybe less. They also gave me some info about my type of vehicle that I didn’t know and some tips to help maintain it better. Not to mention hooking me up with a discount as well. Everyone was really chill, nice and helpful and I’ll gladly recommend anyone to this location.

I am writing this review about an estimate that I received, not for a full service. If I end up getting the service, I will update this review. I went in needing the suspension and front lower control arms of my car all replaced. To make matters worse, I drive a Lexus, which I love, but it means that parts are always more expensive. The head manager, Alvin, went out of his way to give me a better quote than competitors. He brought it down without me even asking. As far as first impressions go, this Meineke, and specifically Alvin and Stephanie, have given me a very good one.

As a single woman, car shops are intimidating!! But this one, feels like family. I came in needing the battery on my Mercedes replaced and a few other things, Stephanie is a blessing!!! She helped me get the things I needed and educated me on how to help my car in the long run. She was BEYOND helpful, got the job done quick and most of all was KIND! Came here three times in the last 2 months and they helped me made sure to explain what needs to be done and talks to me in a way that i can understand. First time i was here, my car needed a lot of repairs. The explained it to me broke down how much i need to pay and helped me through the process. They dont oversell or upsell you with things you dont really need. The second time was my battery died. I came to them 10 mins before theyre about to close and they didnt turn me away. The last time i was here, i needed an oil change for an upcoming trip. And i was in and out in a timely manner. I will always come here whenever i have car problems. Great Mgr. Nice person. Very I honest. Problem,all the maintenance and work she suggested to do had been done a month ago. She did say no rush, but anyone else would have panicked. She promised lower prices than what was quoted? Over all I was there for over an hour, Not a professional atmosphere . Once again they were friendly, most crooks are.

If I could rate less than one star I would. My experience started out fine. Needed a new motor and they did the swap quickly and everything was great. I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG. first issue was the never recharged my a/c so I went back and forth for two weeks trying to get my a/c fixed and turns out they just didn't recharge it at all. Then turns out the mechanic who worked on my car removed my hood and balanced it on top of my car and severely scratched my hood and roof. Then come to find out while swapping my motor they broke the negative terminal off my alternator and caused me to need a new one. After months of requesting their DM to call me to talk about my issues and never hearing from them. Going through corporate and requesting someone above "alan" to handle my issue and only getting emails back from the store itself. Finally tell me that I can bring the car in and they will find someone to try to buff out the scratches. These aren't able to be buffed and also, why hasn't the DM claimed ownership of their clearly failing shop and gave me a call? Horrible way to run a business, horrible way to treat a customer who is in about $12k in repairs and can't even get the time of day to hear me out. I will forever blast this location throughout the valley and let everyone know not to go to maineke at all let alone this location. Trash company and trash leaders. Do yourself a favor, save yourself time and money and frustration and go literally anywhere else to get your car worked on.
