I wish I could take these guys home with me! I was passing through Vegas and had to get some work done right away. This was just after the new year, so shops were either closed or booked way out. Tyson's shop isn't big, and apparently not yet well known, so they had a spot. My issue was electrical, and I knew it was going to take a while, but after a half day of diagnostic, Tyson had figured the issue out. He fixed it in an hour or so the next morning. Somehow, he only charged me $102 for the whole thing - that's the diagnostic/first hour of labor ($95) and then $6 for a length of wire. Not saying this will be the case for everyone, and I would have been fine paying $300 or so for the work involved. And he gives every customer a free roadside assistance card good for the whole US for a year (I believe)! His techs know what they're doing and his customers keep coming back, as evidenced by everyone who came in while I was waiting at the shop. Tyson remembers names, he's honest, and he explains everything (which I loved). Tyson started the shop a few years ago after seeing customers treated poorly when he was a tech at another shop. I think he's definitely making the auto repair experience different in his shop. I wish I could plop his shop down in my hometown, but I can't, so I have to settle for making sure everyone I know in the Las Vegas area goes to him!

I drove to Vegas from California and was in serious need of a shop to fix my truck. I can't say enough good things about the people at Silver State Auto repair. I, like many people find most mechanics to not be very honest. I finally found the honest ones!!! They actually cared about my situation, they gave me a great price and went above and beyond to make sure I was safe when I left there. After all the stress, anxiety and fear as to who to hire to service my automobile. God placed Shane from Auto zone in my path and he did not hesitate to recommend Silver State Complete auto Repair. It is difficult for a single woman. In the past, I lost a car to dishonest mechanics. You know who you are out there. Prior to the repair I spoke to Tyson and he gave me a quote. When I arrived he delivered exactly what he agreed on. Honest, respectful, professional . Service was fast, well done, a big smile from Tyson and out the door I went. Now I know where to go in the future. The one thing that impressed me the most was the HONESTY. I recommend them highly. Not to forget Eddie whom I also spoke on the phone. Super guys !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My car's underbody had got hooked onto a parking hump which left the underbody dangling, creating unpleasant noises as air flew under while driving. Took my car over to Silver State and had a great experience with Tyson who understood my concerns and offered to reattach the underbody back onto the car with no hassles. Tyson was very enthusiastic, personable, and honest with me throughout the visit. The work performed was excellent and the underbody appeared as if nothing had occurred. I'll definitely consider taking my vehicle over to Silver State for other repairs/labor in the future based on my positive experience.

"Honesty & excellent work" I had new shocks and struts installed. My truck rides like new and was done at the time they promised. This is my third time here and it has always been a very pleasant experience. You won't get jerked around here like you do at the dealerships. I highly recommend Silver State Complete Auto Repair. Great place! Very clean and tidy. All the equipment is brand new state of the art, the technicians are "trained and certified" and the customer service from Tyson and Zack is beyond expectations. Fare prices and quality work. What more do you want from a shop. The parking is tight but if you park in front of their doors or near there they will move your car for you. Just have to walk in to let them know. For only a two man show they get it done. I highly recommend this place to anyone who cares about their cars or trucks. They will make sure your on the road.

I went here for my first time yesterday at the high recommendations of a co-worker, and I couldn't be happier. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and the office is extremely clean with a nice waiting area. They handled my car with care and didn't try to up-sell me once, they provide a great service at a great price. I have brought my car to silver state twice this year. The first time was for a vapor leak in my gas tank and the second time was for my alternator. Both times I was not only extremely satisfied with the price but also the timing it took for the repairs as well as the communication and details of the issues before the repairs. Most recently with my alternator I did not have an appointment and brought it in on a Friday, they managed to squeeze me in and get me taken care of before the end of the day. I will be coming back for any work needed as well as recommending to friends and family. Very grateful and satisfied with the pricing and quality of work I received from silver state!

They replaced the rotors, showed me the worn rotors, changed a couple of belts, and even did me the favor of pulling out my dog leash that was stuck between the passenger seat and the center dash! All within a reasonable time limit, always professional, fair rates, and friendly smiles. One time I thought I would try another auto shop. So, so sorry I did! They didn't do what I came in for, didn't rotate my tires like they said they did, didn't replace belts like the claimed they did and charged me a fortune. Never again. I learned my expensive lesson. I will never go anywhere else when it comes to auto care! Silver State Complete Auto is trustworthy and always does an excellent job!

Believe the hype!!! Silver State is easily the best (or surely in the top 2 or 3) auto repair shops in Henderson. I just moved into town several weeks ago and my car needed service after my long drive from Chicago. Scott and Tyson took great care of me. This shop is thorough, fast, conveniently located, has great pricing - but most importantly extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. So glad I found them! I will ONLY use them for any future car repair needs that I have!

I brought my truck to be serviced here. The shop is very clean. I met two gentlemen, Ty And Tyson, sorry if I misspelled their names. Tyson scheduled a drop-off the next morning. Ty, the shop supervisor and or technician spoke to me about their policy and how my service would be accomplished the next day. On the day of the service, they called me as soon as it was done. They gave me some estimates on other repairs, which I asked for. They were very honest and did not accomplish any other repairs than what I asked for.

Tyson super detailed! Unfortunately I couldn’t leave my beloved 96 Cadillac Eldorado because of the price for the extensive repairs and financial on my part, but super recommend the place. We've been taking our vehicles here for years & they have always been trustworthy and honest. Hailey at the front desk is friendly and welcoming in conversation while we wait- great communication in regards to our vehicle as well! Also, Ty who used to work in front was always so kind and informative with the notes. We always enjoyed chatting with him while we waited with our kids in the lobby throughout the years while he was there. I feel safe driving off after getting work done here..from oil changes, brakes, & also larger vehicle repairs, I always recommend them to friends & family!
