My family and I have been going to this Walmart for years for our oil changes; however, this time will be our last. Earlier this month I had my regular oil change here when later that week I noticed oil in my driveway. I had asked my brother to inspect it and we found that the oil drain plug was stripped out and spun freely inside the oil pan. Not only that, Walmart did not put a new blue layer on the plug which doesn’t sit right with me. I had to replace my entire oil pan because of them and will not go back. Beware of these mechanics!

Honestly I love this Walmart in general but had an awful experience at the auto center. Must have been very understaffed because was told it would be a 2 hour wait but turned to a 4 hour wait just to get a tire mounted. After the fact the next day I go to leave the house and my brakes didn't work due to the brake line came off the connector that holds it in place and rubbed a hole in my line. I could tell they must have snagged it while putting on the tire it doesn't just slip off. I call and they tell me I need to bring the car in so they can look at it? I couldn't drive without brakes so didn't make sense. When I called them about the issue the manager I talked to tried to make me sound stupid as if its normal for your brake line to come off the safety connector. Very upset about the entire issue and if I wasn't mechanically inclined then it would have cost me roughly 400 dollars to have the issue fixed at a shop. Gave up on trying to get the issue resolved by them. Sorry for the rant just really grinded my gears 😅

I don't know why I continue to rely on Walmart for automotive care. Every time I come in they say it will take so long and then it's always an extra HOUR OR TWO. Today I came in to replace my battery. There were 7 cars on site when I got checked in. I was told it would be 1.5 hours and 2 hours later and it's still not in a bay. Every other vehicle that was here is already gone and all basis are full. I'm simply having them replace the battery, maybe 15 minutes for a professional mechanic. This will be my last purchase at a Walmart Automotive. I'm done wasting my time when there's plenty of alternatives at the same price.

They were very efficient and everyone was nice. When we dropped off the car, they said it would be a few hours but then called an hour later, saying the car was ready. This was a little annoying because when they said a couple of hours, we had to change plans. Overall, I had a good experience and will definitely go back.

Its Sept 20th @ 2:46 and I was told to hold over 28 minutes ago. This isn't the first time walmart has just left me hanging but it sure is going to be the last. Lots of people in town fix flats and sell tires and after treating more and more people like this they will simply stop using you. I have your little $99 /year thing for free shipping and flat fix and that will be going away as well. Customer service should be a top priority.

One star is 3 stars too many. This was easily the worst experience I've ever had getting an oil change. They didn't have my size oil filter so I had to supply my own. I asked for the basic oil change (least expensive one they offer) and was told no problem. They were a little busy and gave me a time frame. I said no problem. So far, not a terrible start, besides the oil filter. When I finally got to the payment, they told me it would be more than QUADRUPLE the price I thought I would be paying! That's not an exaggeration: original price was $24.98, and they wanted to charge me over $100! QUADRUPLE! They told me it was because I had a synthetic oil. According to their own pricing menu, even a synthetic oil change was only $57.98. Then they told me it was because their price only includes 5 quarts, but my car takes 7. "So that extra 2 quarts costs an extra $43+???!" Apparently it does. I wouldn't have a had a problem paying the synthetic price HAD THEY TOLD ME AT THE BEGINNING that it was considered a synthetic oil change. But they never told me and it took me over a half hour dealing with a very rude associate and manager to work it all out. I'm definitely not going back there again.

Same tires as last year, same cost per tire but 60 more for service fees. Declined all optional coverages. Arrived 645am, first in line for two tires, took 4 hours. Why would you not let someone know they will be waiting in lobby for FOUR HOURS? This process was 20 minutes last year at another walmart auto care center. Word of advice, if youre going to do walmart, do not go to this one.

Cashier was not friendly at all. Waited an extremely long time for someone to even acknowledge me in the hot sun with my toddler. Tech took forever to diagnose the battery. And took over an hour for the tech to install my battery when there were no customers in front of me. If you come here for a battery save yourself some time and install it yourself. They also didn’t call me when they were done.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Unless you want the agonizing experience that is this Walmart and their cruddy waiting room chairs. Horrible service and long waiting times just for the workers to give you an attitude? I went to get my vehicle serviced and tires changed, and they told me it would take about an hour to work on it. I waited almost THREE HOURS in the waiting room, and they were rude when I tried to ask them about the situation. For Lord's, or who ever you do or don't believe in, don't go to this place. Go to another Walmart, you'll get a better experience there.

I CAUGHT ONE OF THE TECHNICIANS PEELING OUT (breaking traction), TWICE IN MY CAR LIKE A 16 YEAR OLD TEENAGER. I COULD HEAR THE TIRES SQUEALING INSIDE THE BUILDING, AS I WATCHED THROUGH THE WINDOW. HE RACED VERY FAST AROUND THE PARKING LOT ALSO. UNBELIEVABLE! 😡 They don't like answering the phone. And when they finally answer the phone, they ask you to hang on a minute, and then they come back to the phone 45 minutes later. 😡

Came in just before closing with a nail in my tire. They took me in got my tire plugged and patch and had me on my way quickly. Last time I had a punctured tire I made an appointment at pepboys and it still took 3 hours to get my car back. So their quickness was appreciated.

The technician wasn't very helpful. Seemed like he had a bad day. I bought a battery and was going to have them install it and he said it would take 2 hours. However when I called they said it would be a 20 minute wait and no need to make an appointment. I bought the battery and installed it myself.

Purchased two new tires and instantly regretted it. There were SO many things wrong with this whole experience. 1) Walmart (app) cancelled my appointment saying there was a delay in my tire arrival, only to be notified a day BEFORE the original arrival date that my tires were there, but the app would not let me make an appointment to install them. I had to drive down and pray that there wasn't a long wait time. 2) I asked the technician to put the two new tires on the back and rotate the ones on the back to the front. They refused to do so stating that the back tires were cracked and original to the car (yeah, because tires last 10 years in Vegas...HA!) Not true. When I brought up that we had purchased the back tires from them two years prior, they started that it was the front tires that were replaced two years ago. When I then inquired about a warranty for two tires purchased just two years ago and had at most 30,000 miles on them (and were warrantied for 50,000) they refused to honor my warranty saying that because I'd brought it in to have a road hazard fixed that my warranty was invalid! I'll never get tires from Walmart again. I'll find literally anywhere else. So disgusting.

DONT GO HERE!! They have put a huge hole in my oil cap, which they denied and I had to replace. They refused to rotate my 2 year old tires because they said it was cracked and needed to be replaced, which was not true. Costco said they were fine. They also stripped my drain plug that same day, which I was told by big o. Went back there to have replace it and the manager was very rude and said it wasn't stripped, it was rounded. Still had to pay for oil change. Never going back!!

I bought some new tires online for my truck. I spoke with Larry at the counter and he was extremely helpful and pleasant. When the tires shipped I was notified and I set up an appointment for installation and I did. When I arrived everyone I dealt with was very polite and friendly. The technician installing the tires verified with me about how I wanted the tires installed and he was also very polite and friendly and preformed his work 100% satisfactory. The tires were installed in the way I requested and the entire process was very smooth and pleasant.
