I had needed a full synthetic oil change and heard this location was really great, and my experience was definitely above and beyond. I went in and Victoria and Lee were incredibly helpful and honest, the cost was very nice too— full synthetic oil change + new oil filter + tire rotation for $70 is unbeatable. Both the techs let me know future maintenance to perform on my car, identified which parts would need work on/replacement, and gave a quote as well at no cost. They took care of my old 1999 Camry and I plan to take my car back for any future repairs or maintenance. Definitely deserve a raise/bonus. Thank you guys!

I visited this location 4337 E Sunset Rd on Saturday 7/26/25 for a full synthetic oil change. I received my car back, within 20 miles of driving my car the oil light came on saying check oil levels. I had to immediately pull over check the oil. The technician removed 6 qt of oil from my car during the oil changed & in return g only gave me 5qt. Of course this all happens after business hour for the day. Now I'm in a panic because this is my only vehicle & I definitely don't want to damage the engine. So I go to the valvoline the shop that is open Sunday & pay for another qt of oil. I returned to the location to speak with manger & was told the district manager would contact me. It's now day 3 now no call or email from the district manager. Super disappointed in the service received

Worst business ever.. lied about price of part, lied about the time and cost in labor spent, wrong / lied about estimate, no accountability, and just all around scammers. Tactic: go to local automotive shop, purchase item and then mark up over 300%. Do better Meineke!

Had a tire issue unfortunately the type of vehicle I have requires a special tire that had to be ordered although it took two day's considering the car was towed there on a Saturday However the car was ready by 8am Monday morning. Yes a two day wait but worth it

The Meneke Shop 4075 located at the 4337 E. Sunset Rd. Henderson, NV 89014 made a horrible job in changing the oil, not only Robert (the guy at the counter) said our car needed more services for over a thousand dollars worth. He said they changed the oil and change the filters. After the diagnosis of Robert we took our car to the dealer: Toyota and the oil change was a scam, they did not put the parts together and the oil was leaking due to the incorrect filter used. And the other services they claimed the vehicle needed were not truth. I want at least to get a reimbursement for the “oil change service” since we have to pay that at Findlay Toyota today for it. And I will suggest to all people who is reading DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR for any reason to this shop of Meineke.

From start to finish, the team took great care of me and kept me updated every step of the way, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. Everyone there was outgoing, friendly, and easy to work with. Fred was the main person I dealt with, and he’s a standup guy — honest, straightforward, and genuinely focused on making sure I was taken care of. He’ll treat you right.
