I've never had to wait for an oil change for over an hour and 45 minutes. This is absurd. Jiffy Lube across the way just got a new customer. I had to ask for an ETA after 1.5 hours!! Then you say you have to order a filter?? You knew i was coming with make and model! That's why I literally made an appointment. Very disappointed.

I would like to have recognized the new and much improved Jiffy Lube Crew located 130 N. Stephanie in Henderson, NV! In a word: OUTSTANDING! Both Rusty and Joe who greeted me were both professional, honest and efficient. Thank you for such amazing customer service which you gave me and my car, on a beautiful Tuesday Morning, just before I went to do my food shopping! They got me out efficiently and all with a smile on their faces! This is my new Jiffy Lube for sure and that's coming all the way from Nellis Blvd/East Sahara. Totally worth the trip! Thank you so much!

Took 30 minutes and complete left skid plate cross threaded and not screwed in all the way . I will be doing a chargeback on the entire service ! I took it back and it’s still incorrect. Bolts are partway out .. i’ll be taking it into a mechanic for repair and seeking damages.

for Jiffy Lube corporation: I had a disappointing experience at Jiffy Lube recently. Not only did they charge me a random price for their services, but the new manager's rude behavior made the situation even worse. The lack of consistency in pricing is concerning and left me feeling taken advantage of. It's frustrating to not have transparency or clarity when it comes to how much I should expect to pay for basic services. On top of that, the new manager's rudeness was completely uncalled for. Customer service should be a top priority, but unfortunately, it seems like that's not the case at this location. Overall, I was left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I questioned the fact that they checked all my fluids due to the fact that they listed that they checked my power steering fluid in a car that has no reservoir. The steering is electric. When I questioned it with some old guy that I assumed was the manager he argued with me and said there was a reservoir. You can either call a Nissan dealership or look it up on the internet you will find that a 2013 Nissan Sentra's power is electric and has no reservoir. He acted as though I was not allowed to question it. I am now concerned is any checks on fluids were made or the service is what I asked for..which was a blend. I will have all this checked out at United Nissan where I purchased the car when it was new. If their findings are not consistent with my receipt I will sue for the return of the $93.00 i paid for the service. Jiffy lube @ 130 s Stephanie i Henderson.

The customer service at this Jiffy Lube location is incredible! They are friendly, helpful, and excellent at what they do. I needed full service, not just an oil change. Tire rotation also. They were done with it all in less than an hour. The customer service person who helped me was Misha . She did an excellent job and I cannot say enough about the great customer service . I won't go anywhere else for my car care
