I won a free tint service from a giveaway , it took me a couple months to actually schedule it. The moment I reached out to Vince he was very nice and helpful in getting me scheduled for my service. I was immediately greeted by multiple people in the shop when I walked in. Shawn Govero helped me out in picking the tint level I wanted on my car. They were kind enough to provide an Uber home while waiting for them to finish my tint and back to the shop to pick my car up. Once I saw my car I was absolutely stunned and it felt as though I walked away with a brand new car again after only having my car for 6 months. Overall loved my experience and will be going back for any other work on my car in the future.

I took my truck to Findlay Customs to have AMP power steps installed. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of installation. When I looked at how they had wired it into my 2018 Tundra, nothing was secure; wires were running directly across the engine compartment. The LED lights were installed right over the top of the dirty rocker panels, and the lights fell off within 24 hours. When I confronted Findlay Customs and took the truck back to show them, they admitted that the install was a hack. They weren't willing to refund any of my installation and asked me to drop the truck off so that they could hack away at it a second time. There was no way I was going to agree to that! It's clear they have no quality or inspection control on their installs; this is a terrible way to do business. I was even told that if I didn't leave a bad review I would be offered store credit. No thanks I will take my future business elsewhere!

Car was towed to Findlay after accident demolished front end of my car. Russ was very understanding and knowledgeable and kept me posted on progress. Unfortunately my State Farm insurance caused many delays. It took two months and four days to fix my car. Mostly not Toyota's fault.

While the service was nice. For the price the overall product was very underwhelming. The tint was not as dark as another place I used locally for my previous car. And the subwoofer is not much to brag about. For that much money I would've thought I'd get a lot more

Called in the morning spoke to Kevin. Got the car over right away and done at 5pm. He hooked me up on ceramic window tint as the one that came with the car was too light for my taste and wasn't ceramic. I would recommend him and the shop for all window tinting needs.

I had a great experience with Finley Customs. They ordered the extra part I needed to install a dash cam for my Audi Q5. Everything was quick and easy. Scheduling the appointment was simple, it was installed and I was out the door and about an hour. Kevin went above and beyond by answering all my questions and making sure everything was handled in a timely manner. I was happy with the service that I’m going backnext week to have my brake pads done. Highly recommend!

They fixed my rear latch and rearview camera. Was happy until driving home and something flew off my roof on the freeway. No clue what it was till I got to work to check and it was my rear cargo cover that was missing. The tech put it on my roof but forgot to put it back in when he was done. I went back and after they checked the cameras to make sure that I was telling the truth they said they’ll order me a new one. So I’ll update this to five stars if it’s an OEM. Other than that they were great. -Update they replaced my cargo cover, great customer service. I will bring my other cars here when something is needed.

The work I had done was done very well I am happy with the results. Russ was great! very nice, calm and i liked his attention to detail that the work that was done looked right. He has high standards. The only criticism i have is that what I had done took much longer than expected and also there were a couple things we had discussed that I wanted them to see if they could take care of and those things weren't addressed. They weren't on the estimate and I think we're just forgotten because it was taking longer than it should have and that was their focus. Other than that I would recommend. The estimate was accurate and the work was done well my car looks great!

Just got my raptor back and they did a great job. I specifically like the manager Kevin, he’s a great person to have manage. His attitude and attentiveness makes up for parts on back order 😜. They have a good team over there, give them a shot on getting you right! The they did a bunch of work on this truck so I can now confidently say they know how to work on trucks that most shops can’t.

I’ve been looking for a roof rack for my 2021 Ford Bronco and found the Leitner ACS Roof platform rack and needed someone to install it. Found out Findlay Customs has a relationship with Leitner. I called and spoke with Yamil, who assisted me in the entire process of ordering and delivery of the roof rack and scheduling the install. Had no issue throughout the process, everything was so smooth that the whole process took less than a week. And I’m very happy with the install and how they handled my car. The team over at Findlay customs is the best!! I have been working with them for 6 years. I recently purchased a new Superduty and I knew they were right for the job. Especially Ryan the service manager. He is amazing and super talented. He listens and gets what you need fast! The team is super welcoming when entering, making sure you get help. We did a Carli pintop system, wheels & tires, 5 Baja design lp6 lights and the bumper bar, also added Baja design dual fog lights. Super super clean install. Couldn’t be more happy.
