My service representative, Tyler, was courteous and promptly initiated my service appointment. Because of time constraints (due to caring for a roommate with health issues), I was offered transportation. After testing the battery, as requested, and discussing the time involved, the service representative accurately estimated the for the routine service plus battery installation and car wash. The car was finished and spotlessly washed within the time frame. I was escorted to my car and on my way! Effortless, and the lounge time was a real pleasure. The restroom was ultra clean, too! Thank you, Lexus of Henderson and Tyler H. for an extremely positive automotive service experience! I won’t dread this anymore - no hassles or dragged-out down time!

Stephen went above and beyond with our last car service. We always have a great experience when it’s time to service our vehicle. However this service we ran into some issues with the car, Stephen remained in contact with us throughout getting the problems with the car resolved. We are satisfied with repairs and service received by Stephen, it’s important to know you’re in good hands whether you have an issue or not with your vehicle.

Checked in on time and George explained everything to me that the techs would be looking for during my initial 5000 mile service. Said it would take about an hour and 15 minutes. George came back to get me in the waiting room about an hour later. The car was washed and ready to go. I always get great service from Lexus of Henderson.

Saturday 03/16/2024 my husband and I came for the 10,000-mile service for my RX350h, and Alberto Araujo warmly greeted us and checked us in when we arrived. Alberto’s customer service was excellent! He offered us a loaner car and was very thorough in explaining what would be done with my car. We truly appreciate his exceptional customer service!

The Service Department At Lexus of Henderson are Awesome! The staff especially Tyler Heishman, the Service Manager are very friendly and caring. From the moment you drop your car off. You feel that you are in good hands. They run things very efficiently. This is my husband and I first Lexus car. We did not know what to expect. Just a warm welcome, professional and detailed experience! I showed up at my scheduled time and the service agent was waiting for me and took me to their waiting area(s) 3 of them all with refreshments, TV and comfortable seating. David my service agent explained what they would be doing to my car and an hour later he returned with the paperwork and a clean washed car. Not many other businesses with this type of attention.

Brought my Lexus in for what I thought was a needed oil change and possible issues I thought were serious with the car's computer. Your Service Mgr. Steven took the time to explain when I would actually need the next oil change. He kindly reset the buttons for me that had mistakenly removed my ability to make and receive phone calls. And gave me information about the car's computer. What a great person Steven is as a representative of honesty, business integrity, and the highest level shown when it comes to customer service. I live in Washington state and hope the dealership there has some like Steven on their Service Dept. staff.

This review is for service advisor James S., who deserves six stars. James has helped me a few times in the past and each time he explained well his recommendation and stay friendly, courteous, and patient - even when I declined his recommendations at times. This past weekend, he was above and beyond his already excellent service. I called on Saturday midmorning - after not being able to get through the general appointment line for several days. James apologized for something that is not his mistakes and fit me in. Even better, he promptly did all the work including fixing an error that a nearby body shop made, and excellently completed excellently everything earlier than initially estimated so I can get going with my weekend. Thank you, James for your exemplary work and care.

Lexus of Henderson saved my week. I broke down at the grocery store on a Saturday morning, called Lexus, Tyler had a tow truck on the way at a reasonable price, took my car in on Saturday, received a loaner on Monday after communicating to me that the parts will take a couple of days, had the car back by Friday. Not too sure what I would of done without the customer service of the service department at Lexus of Henderson. Tyler, James, Dom AND the girls ANSWERING the phones dealing with grumpy customers do a great job and are easy to work with. Although sometimes the parts are expensive, I'd rather pay a little extra than to deal with a shady LV shop. Thanks again Lexus of Henderson for the great service, hard to find these days.

For such a luxury car service dealership they don’t provide a car loaner. It’s disappointing when your vehicle have recall service and you have to wait for 4 hours because the service provider went on break. Even Tesla service does better than this.

Top notch service from top to bottom. We were traveling through Vegas when we had car problems. Henderson Lexus diagnosed our Lexus’s problem quickly but since it was over a holiday weekend it was going to take a few days to get parts. They gave us a Loaner Vehicle to use so we could get back home. Walter was our Service Rep and he went above and beyond. He corresponded with us daily, keeping us in the loop. They fixed what was wrong with professionalism and a smile.
