Walked in because I was having some issues with my AC. As soon as I walked in they tell me that in order to diagnose the car it’ll be $250, which is insane when Autozone and other places will diagnose the car for free. Once I raised my concern, they said no worries we will take care of it for free. After that they tell me to recharge the refrigerant that it’ll be $580.00! Once I said no the pulled the car out of the garage. I ended going to Autozone and when I opened the hood of the car I was missing the engine cover and the engine oil cap was missing. It’s just a money grab! And they can’t even put and engine cover back on!

This Meineke Car Care Center went above and beyond to help me and fix my car when it unexpectedly broke down. They were slammed with cars and still took a couple minutes to look under the hood to take a look while the problem was still fresh. Kevin is great and his team seems to work really well together. I went in person Tuesday to make an appointment for Friday 1:00 for oil change package. Showed up 12:45 on Friday(today) management said they had no appointment for me. Said the other person who took the appointment didn’t put it in. Said he only had 2 people and was booked. Since the new management this has been my second issue. Won’t use them ever again.

I took my car in for a check engine light. They send you a bunch of issues with the car but won’t say exactly what’s needed to fix the issue. They want you to fix everything on the list before your car is fixed properly. When I picked it up, check engine light was still on and I paid over $600. Don’t trust them…

They kept my car all day for an oil change Appointment…. I called multiple times as the end of business day was drawing close….. no one ever answered the phone. Went in for a 100 dollar pile change, then they tried to tell me I needed almost 4 grand in repairs… I’m never going back.

Need new sway bars? Don't worry, just go in for literally anything else and you will get that 2,500 dollar quote. Car has 3k miles, don't worry, needs sway bars. Brand new off the lot, don't worry, you'll get the quote. God forbid you need to change brakes or rotors. Those will be screaming the second you head home with nothing but a "you're problem now, we can't find anything wrong". They even will give you winter air and top off your blinker fluid for a low cost of 300, pretty good deal.

Im giving this rating because Casey did try to get my Meineke card reopened also they did let me know that I was missing key components to my vehicle. Other then that men should be ashamed of themselves for over charging women the way that they do. It's not fair to US women that a man will over charge US for parts and labor to make their pockets or the establishment pockets fatter. And its out right disgraceful to keep adding up the charge. I went in for brakes that would have cost me $400 dollars at tire works. Where i should have gone back too. But instead my loyalty was with meineke.. I stand on the idea that WE need more woman mechanics with good knowledge of the automotive industry. Women that will offer fair pricing and good customer service skills. Men such and it serves them right to pay a woman for her services!!!! In today's society Men are the gold diggers for corporate America!!!!! I did a deeper dive into my repair bill, which started as an oil change and turned into an $850 bill. I had been looking for a repair/oil change shop where I didn't have to worry about price gouging. Unfortunately, this is not the place. It's my bad for not doing my homework on oil pan replacement costs on my 2023 Nissan Rogue. Meineke was at least $100 to $200 higher than the typical fee for parts and labor per Blue Book. They charged $350 for the oil pan cover, compared to $140 at Nissan. Plus, an upcharge of "RO Fees" for "shop supplies" at $79.03. What?!! Doesn't the shop have shop supplies on hand and include them in the cost of doing business? I know a bit about cars and didn't expect to be hosed by Meineke, trusting fair pricing. Some of us are retired, military veterans, and seniors on fixed incomes. This sort of gouging has not been my typical experience elsewhere. Lesson learned.

Casey and Juan and the tech that worked on my car were all spectacular and made a rather expensive work process easier to understand and accept. I had neglected my car maintenance for a few years. My bad due to health issues. Im glad I finally brought her in. The guys at Mieneke did such a good job and even gave me a ride home and pick up once my car was fixed and good to go. Five thumbs up from this owner. 👍👍👍👍👍 My car is a 2014 Nissan Rogue Select. Shes my girl. Had her since 2015. This is the first time, besides oil changes, all at Meineke and 1 tune up I had done (at Meineke) to maintain her. Shes holding up and at 59000 Miles shes my car for life.

I am so happy Meineke Henderson exists. We rented our car in LA, expecting a reliable ride through Vegas, Grand Canyon, and back… but that’s far from what we experienced. Not only did the team in Henderson help assess what was wrong with the car (despite clearly being busy with other customers), they did everything in their power to help get us moving quicker (despite the car being unsafe to drive). They let us use their space and hang around for hours as we sorted things out, offered to call another rental company for us, spoke with our original rental company to offer a fix on the spot (but they refused), and showed us genuine hospitality. Thank you for helping me & Abbey out, I can’t begin to express my gratitude what you did for us that day.

Quick Tire Replacement I had a nail puncture in the sidewall of an almost new tire. They didn’t have the exact tire on hand and it was already after 12pm on a Friday so a delivery wouldn’t make it until Monday. These guys went above and beyond to find and transport this tire to the store for me and had it mounted and balanced quickly. These guys went service and experience were top notch!
