Good customer service it's a small business looks like family owned the mechanic is honest and fair. He does really good work. Replaced my wife's alternator and gave her the chore to take back to autozone. She had no idea she would save money or get money back by bringing the old chore back to autozone. He also helped me on another vehicle regarding the lower control arm for my daughter. I will continue to business with this shop.

We all need to have our automobiles worked on from time to time. And often it is a stressful affair. One way to reduce the stress 9f those situations would be to take your car/truck/van/spacecraft or whatever you drive to this shop. We've had to use them multiple times over the past few years and the work is always top notch, Done quickly, and priced fairly. He's worked on our brakes, our tires, replaced struts and other things and its always done right. I cannot give this shop any higher recommendation. Stop in when your car begins to give you trouble. I'm certain you'll be treated well here!

Man of his word Rave reviews for this man!!!! Outstanding customer service and extremely rare stewardship. This place will be in business forever. Found myself with flat tire and miles from anywhere at 7:55pm and he waited over an hour for me to slowly drive there so he could fix my tire. To top it off, he wouldn't accept a single penny I tried to give him. Which is smart... he knows that God's favor is far, far greater in value created by man! I didn't even know men like him existed. #GODπLIKE #SAVED∆MY∆NIGHT!!!!

10/10 recommend this place!! My car’s battery needed replacing ASAP and no auto parts shop felt comfortable replacing it but the guy at auto zone recommended Valles Auto. I came in right after they closed and they offered to replace it for me with no issue/complaint. Efficient service & friendly staff, will return!

Came a few days ago and got front brakes changed for a VERY decent price, they were fast and efficient….Came back today and got oil changed and the air intake hose replaced, came for a state inspection but because of the air intake hose wasn’t able to get that today but will be back in a couple of days to get that done…. Am definitely a big supporter of mom & pop shops/small businesses…. Definitely recommend this place.

I’m an ASE certified gas/diesel technician and Commercial Texas State Inspector fo 38 years. I’m very busy and tired when I get home. My vehicle components will fail just like the ones I work on. When these times happen I bring it to these guys. They are fast and honest. I trust them 100%. In fact Im fixing to take it in to them to put a starter on my vehicle. My dad has been coming here for work since I was a kid, and I needed my power steering fixed so today I decided to go ask them for help. They diagnosed the problem and told me almost instantly what the issue was, I ran down to get the part and they fixed the problem really fast! Along with the great professionalism the pricing was affordable and they speak English and Spanish. I highly recommend Valles!
