I will never go to them ever again I paid 1700 hundred dollars for a new transfer case unit that they said they were going to put well they ended up putting a used one and they said they were going to give me a part back that I paid 250 dollars well they gave me the run around and never gave me the part back than when I picked up my car it wouldn't start so I told them that and they gave me a battery pack and I had to start my car myself now my car smells like oil and isn't even running right very unsatisfied

They programmed the new transmission on my 2017 gmc sierra.Got in tha next day from calling and was finished in a short amount of time.Im a retired mechanic and shop owner so taking my vehicle in for service I can’t perform.To be honest it’s somewhat scary for me to bring my stuff to other people but they seem professional!

After spending a few days in Fargo on a school trip we noticed some issues with our van. They got us in right away and were so accommodating with our group of 7 students and a teacher. They pulled out extra chairs for us and joked with us the whole time we were there. They even let us put some of our trip supplies in there hallway while the van was being serviced. All the locals were so friendly and it was a lovely atmosphere. They did the repairs as fast as possible so they could get us on the road for our 6 hour drive back to Wisconsin. They were lovely people and even gave us some hats to keep. 10/10 great place break down.

Took our vehicle for a transmission replacement end of May 2025. It is now January 2026 and we still don’t have our vehicle back in running condition. Phone calls are ignored and not returned. We keep getting different stories and cannot get a straight answer as to why/when the bad transmission they put in will get replaced. Our jobs are now in peril because we don’t have a vehicle to get to work.

Had them find where my coolant was leaking and then told them I was going to fix it myself not knowing exactly where the connector piece had to go. I’m looking in my engine bay and see a hose with 2 arrows pointing to a connector. Very grateful for those arrows.

Let me tell you if you want some honest guys that will give you what you actually need done and not just try and take you for everything they can go see these guys. Another shop in town quoted me 2k for a lower control arm. I called and asked them for a quoted they quoted me 950 awesome I booked it! Brough it in and David great guy! Explained to me that, none of that needed to be done. The other shop actually installed my torsion bars uneven and did a not so great job fastening everything back up after they installed my banks oil pan , 193 dollars later for an alignment my truck is back to how it should be. I can’t thank these guys enough. They’ve earned my lifetime business.

I took my car the my local car dealer for a regular service and they told me I needed to replace the bushings at a cost of $3,500 (2017 Mercedes Benz with only 26,000 miles). I felt their recommendation was not right. So I went to Valley Alignment to get a second opinion and 30 minutes later they told me I didn’t need to do a thing. It was a complete scam by the car dealer whose name I’m not mentioning and I don’t know why? But Valley Alignment could have taken advantage of me too, BUT THEY DIDN’T. So I plan on using Valley Alignment in the future for all my 2 Mercedes’ needs. And I recommend them to you too.
