★★★★★ I wanted to give a shout out today to Valvoline on N. Eastman Rd. who has the most incredible customer service I have ever seen at a oil service place! I also have to thank Ashley for steering me that way because I don’t know anywhere else I would take my car now. The staff there is extremely friendly and knowledgeable! They take time to listen to any of your concerns. Their knowledge helped me identify some issues I had with Goldie… My Camry that’s about to hit 400,000 miles! Well this morning was no different. As you can imagine with her high mileage, she runs great, but she has a drinking problem … oil🤣. I’ve been staying on top of her oil level and swung in there to have a quick check. She was only a half quart low and so I asked them to go ahead if they would and top her off. Well, after nearly 400,000 miles she decided her dipstick had enough. Part of it broke off and went down the tube. Not only did they get it out, they drained all my oil (which was time for an oil change anyway), and put new oil back in. They also took it upon themselves to order me a new dipstick to replace the one that broke. All it cost me was a quart of oil! They had me come back after 1 o’clock when the delivery truck brought my new dipstick. Same day! Yes, I could’ve easily driven to an auto parts store and picked up one, but they refuse to let me pay for it. I’m telling you, these guys are top-notch!  And she’s less than 4000 miles from hitting 400,000! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 🙏🏻 🙏🏻
