Was in there today for 4 tires and an alignment, they broke a bolt that made my car undriveable (car is an old 2003). They immediately got me a tow and were very apologetic. It sucks this kinda thing happens sometimes, and if this happens to you please understand that they are not doing stuff like that on purpose. I will return for more service in the future.

10/10 recommend these guys!! Quick. Easy. No hassle. I seen a lot of passion and pride in what these guys do from the front counter all the way to the back of the shop. Very unhappy with the Kingsport store . First left me on hold 2 times and never picked up had to call a third time . Told me good things on the phone drove to the store . Waited about a half an hour for service . DTalked to one gentleman very nice I have a brand new vehicle with brand new tires . Keep asking for tad I price of tires well let's look at what tire you want showed me something I did not ask for . Would not show me the tires I wanted . I said I need to know how much money fory new tires for trade in .They changed from salesman to a lead person or manager not sure . He told me price I said no that's about a third of new tires no thank you went to leave he got another person the two of them looked at the vehicles new tires . They both can back in and started making excuses about price . I interrupted what is the price well we can only. I said stop good by .They maybe a big tire store but the don't care about the customer just money . Well I'm sure they will have some kind of rebuttal reply all I can say is buyer bewho knows maybe they will make it right by me . We are only talking 25.00 $ a tire plus I was going to give them my brand new spar tire I don't need it l have a replacement spar from the vehicle I traded in 🤔. Edit Review , That day I posted this review . The next day I was contacted by customer service . Some guy name Jerry gave me a 97 digit e mail tried twice no connection . Found a 800 number and contacted a gentleman named Paul . Very nice talked for almost a hour went over every thing . He told me he would get to the bottom of this and he DID !!!!! He contacted the manager Cam and he contac ted me the next morning and talked a good talk . 45 minutes I was back at that store got the right amount for my new tires trade in and went over the specs on both the coopers and the Fallen l all most the same wish we could of don't this the first visit 🤔 . For the little spec difference and a big price difference I went with the Coopers . The two big problems . One was the first price on my trade in tire Cam took care of that . Two I did not like them not giving the information I requested about the wild peaks . The manager Cam gave me the price for my trade in tires . Also all the information I need to compare the two different Tires . Myself I like all the information to make a good informative discussion .
