Had a window that went down but would not roll back up. Darrell dropped what he was doing and got the window back up so that I did not freeze going back across Sam's Gap going home as it was 38 degrees when I went across. Other establishments that I had stopped at wouldn't even look at it as they were "to busy".

We just picked up our Matrix and...I am positive no one else will ever work on our cars but Mr. C's... They are extremely pleasant people to deal with, very fair in their pricing and mercy, are they ever quick... I'm only sorry 5-stars was the limit in this review...!!!

Both Krystal & Darrell are great people. They are very helpful. Darrell is a 5+ star mechanic. If he says it needs replaced, it needs replaced. He even keeps your old parts to show you that it's bad. Their boss, "Chubbs", does his job exceptionally well also. He literally worked for kibble.

I took my car in because of a rattle underneath and ask him to check it out and check my belts and hoses as well. I took it in at 10am and he had one car ahead of me. He called me as soon as he found the problem and gave me a price before going on to fix it. My car was done in just a few hours and i was really surprised that the final cost was so low. I will be taking my car back to him for sure should i have another problem. Fast,courteous, and didnt try to take more than the job was worth.

The gentleman they have working there has over 30 years of experience. And the owner's real nice she'll do anything she can to help you out. I would definitely recommend Mr C's.

Our alternator went out while traveling through Kingsport, and we were able to get our Jeep towed to Mr. C's. They were able to get the part and install it in less than two days. The best mechanic I have found in our area. I had a job I couldn’t do in my own. I had bought my own parts thinking I could, but realized quickly I was in over my head. Took it to Mr. C’s. First of all, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Gave me an honest estimate and a day for the appointment. It took them longer than they thought (it was a complex job), and when I called to check in that afternoon, they promised it would be done that day like they said. They stayed until 7:30pm working on it so they could get it done that day. I was blown away. You really can’t find mechanics like these anymore. They deserve all the business they can handle.
