Lucas is a man of integrity and handled everything with our 5th Wheel Good Sam's insurance which included being on the phone with them one time for over 1 1/2 hours. Was having trouble with my furnace. Gave Lucas a call. He came and pulled the furnace. It's a older camper so I figured it would smart to just get a new unit. While waiting on a price for a replacement he decided to look at a few things that could be wrong with mine. In no time he found the problem and had it back in and heating great. I am so glad that I called Tri-Cities RV Services when the heater started blowing cold in my 1995 Scamp trailer! I was not hopeful that the 30 year old unit could be fixed, and indeed, the parts were obsolete. Lucas was very thorough in both examining the unit and describing to me what he was doing and the issues he found. He was also quick, and in no time at all, he found a part to retrofit the heater and had it installed--all for a very reasonable price. In addition to being very clever, Lucas is also friendly and good-natured. It was a pleasure talking with him.

Lucas is very knowledgeable and overall just a good guy to have any RV work done. I called him with a problem I was having and he replied back immediately, he even reached out to me in less than two hours and said he was passing by my address on his way to his next appointment and said he could stop by to try and get my problem taken care of. Unfortunately the weather did not work in my favor to get the repair fixed, but he made sure I was able to get by until the job could be done and contacted me numerous times to keep me informed. When the weather permitted the work to be done, not only did he do what was quoted but even more and the price was less than quoted. Thank you Lucas for for being honest, reliable and reasonable in these times. I hope you do not leave this area anytime soon for any future work I might need.

He showed up in the hour of need and completed the job the very day the part came because he is not only a professional but a professional who truly cares about his customers. I cannot say enough good things about Lucas. He was prompt, reliable, and professional. He was also a great communicator, keeping in constant contact with us from our emergency (a non-working air conditioner in 90-degree heat) to the time he installed a new air conditioner. I couldn't believe he was able to get us up and working so quickly again! Finding a reliable RV service-person in the Tri-Cities area has been a constant source of frustration for us over the past few years since we've had our RV. I have had people never return calls, people who were no-shows at appointment times, someone who wanted $500 just to show up on site, etc. I'm so grateful Lucas is here!

Fantastic service! Our awning broke during a rainstorm overnight and we could hardly get in and out of our motorhome. I called our roadside assistance provider and they dispatched Tri-Cities RV Service. Lucas arrived 30 minutes prior to the estimated arrival and quickly removed the broken awning allowing us to access the RV. Lucas removed all the broken parts, sealed all the fastener holes within an hour. I'm glad I found a reliable RV Service Provider for all my future service.

After hiring another local “RV tech” who seriously damaged our roof while scraping Dicor off (something Lucas does not recommend), I was stressed and scrambling for help. I happened to see Lucas working on another roof in our campground, walked over to ask if he could take a look, and he came by as soon as he finished helping my neighbor. He inspected the roof, then sent me a clear quote once he was back at the office. From start to finish, Lucas was professional, thorough, and patient—he did an amazing job repairing and protecting our roof and answered every single question I had. I’m a hard-to-please customer, especially when it comes to an expensive asset like an RV, and Lucas still exceeded expectations. If you’re in the Tri-Cities area and need RV roof work, call Lucas first. I truly wish I had.
