Called ahead before I took my daughters car here for an oil change. They sent us a $15 off coupon only to get here and wait for service and the coupon does not work. They said there was nothing they could do. So be aware of this scam. Now they have your phone number for marketing purposes and will send you bogus coupons.

I brought my own Valvoline Restore & Protect oil for an oil change, since this location didn't carry it. Despite providing the oil myself, they charged me over $50 just for the labor. That felt unfair, especially since another location quoted me $35 for the same. To make it worse, after checking my tire pressure, they didn't put the valve caps back on. For the price and the lack of basic care, I was disappointed and won't be returning

And tips with pricing as well. I wasn’t even able to get my oil change due to new cap needed, but they topped off my fluids and tire pressure for free. Amazing customer service from Matt and Rachel!

After I asked for the crush washer to be changed, per my mechanic, and should come standard in an oil change, because I was told it looks like they reused the old one a few times, they grew very offensive and started nit picking my car. Told me I had lights out of which I did not, told me I had to replace another thing and I had oil leaks everywhere, it was so bad they couldn't even tell where, which I also know is false because I just had an engine rebuild and all the gaskets were replaced. I asked specifically where because I was going to tell my mechanic and then the story changed to..maybe they didn't clean up, and it wasn't really a leak, but never noted any of this on the invoice. The manager was scolding me about how many hours they train and they know what they're doing. I'm sorry you took great offense to a customer asking a question, I won't do it again. And now I'll probably not come back. There's plenty of other oil change places that will happily accept my money and not react this way when a customer is making a valid request.

They were great & fast. Good sellers too. But I feel like he was honest & did not try to sell me stuff that didn’t really need to be done just to make more money. I did get more work done then I planned on going in but it was work that def needed to be done anyway so I’m not complaining. & the price was not bad for all I had done. I did get a discount applied which helped bring the cost down. Thanks guys for doing a good job.
