I needed tires desperately and was headed outif town in a 400 mi trip. I was able to purchase 4 matching Michelin tires for my SUV with at least 75% tread. My car was riding like a jalopy when I rolled in and I rolled out feeling like I was in a Cadillac! I waited about 10 minutes to pull in to the bay and they mounted all 4 tires while my dog and I still sat inside. I didn't even have to get outof my car to pay! The guy who took care of me was extremely nice and professional. We had a pleasant conversation and he double checked everything before I left on my trip amd he even told me to give them a call if I had any issues on the way. The best part was the price...$120 for 4 Michelins mounted amd balanced. I will never buy tires anywhere else but here! Nice staff, in and out quickly plus an unbeatable price! Why would I even consider going anywhere else? Great job, guys! You have a customer for life!

This was my second time visiting and it was absolutely fantastic. I worked with Chris this time - he was extremely nice and knowledgeable about what he does, asked me questions about my tires, went out of his way to answer mine, and the service was very fast! Dealing with so many places that just want to charge you and send you on your way nowadays, it's a breath of fresh air working with people who care about their customers and their experience. These guys are awesome. Had a bad worn tire. I was in-between paydays. Called them up and they had the best price. I ended up getting 2 tires for the same price I would of paid for 1 tire at any other used tire place. Also I say used but the 2 tires they sold me were honestly basically brand new. The folks were nice however I'm giving this rating not because of their public relations but rather the wait time. I was just picking a tire up not having it mounted so the 30 minutes I had to wait was a bit much.

If you're looking at getting some used tires cheap, this is the place to go to in Kingsport! The guys that work here are amazing! They are honest guys and give it to you straight. I came here to get some temporary tires until I can afford new ones. The ones they put on my car are good for almost 35,000 miles! I asked them if they could check my front and see if I could wait a few weeks to get some on there and they told me they didn't recommend it. From there they explained and showed me why.

Was in Kingsport on Tuesday Nov. 18th(2025)and one of my tires started going flat, its tread was wearing down as well. Went to Kingsport Used Tires and they said on the phone, it would be a 2 hour wait. Got there and it took 15 minutes! They were well stocked on my size, in excellent condition. As clean a garage as you can get. Very friendly staff and affordable! I can't say enough good about Kingsport Used Tires! They're there if you need them! We'll be back if we need you!

My college student son needed tires for his 2007 truck. Called and they said they had a set and would only put the new set on if they were better then the ones on the truck... they definitely were! He got us in right away and had the truck ready within an hour. We paid a total of $160 for 4 tires and my son was so much safer driving back to college then when he came. Other family members recommended us going there and I'm glad we did. Very professional and kind!
