I love these guys they've done great work for me in the past. But I need to mention something that needs to be addressed. For their benefit for educational purposes for them. They've always done fantastic work for me however I did take my little Astro van to them a while back with an engine miss when it was under a load. That was what I was really concerned about getting repaired. They talked me into doing a lot of other expensive repairs which is okay the only problem is when I got the van back I had the same problem with the engine Miss that I had when I took the van to them which was the main reason I brought it there I called left messages didn't get a response till almost a week later. By this time I repair the issue myself. Bad ignition coil. I was really disappointed over this if I was going to repair my own problem I wouldn't have worried about all the other things that I paid to have done. And I wish they would have called me back when I was leaving messages. It's possible Bill wasn't aware that I had left messages because of the lady that was working there at the time maybe she didn't tell him I don't know but I want to say again that I think the world of bill and his staff and he's always done right by me in the past this would be the only issue that I would have with him and it was kind of a big one unfortunately. I really believe that bill is a good honest man. I don't know how this one slipped through the cracks with him but apparently it did. But if I don't mention it he'll never know and he needs to know

I am a first time customer of Bill's Auto. Let me tell you, choose these people! They have a great reputation & all were super polite to me when my car was being serviced. My car issues ended up being complex & they solved it! Also they were very clear in their explanations & let us be aware of costs up front & discussed options along the way. Very wonderful people. After the issue was fixed, they even called days later to check to see if everything was still great. Highly recommended!

Just got my 2009 Cadillac CTS that I had traded for a couple weeks ago back from Bill's automotive. It had a gas leak from the elbow on the fuel pump. This is a common problem for this model. But if anybody out there wants a garage to take their vehicle to get repaired take it to Bill. This man is honest and a man of strong faith. His testimony of him moving here from California brought a tear to my eye. He gets 5 stars for their excellent work and fair prices. And 5 stars for their quality of work. Thank the Lord for people like Bill Cox. The world is a better place for people at this garage. Thanks again. Good bless you all.

Since moving here to Tn from Texas my wife and I needed to find service companies to take care of our needs. After talking to neighbors we found Bill's. Our recent repair on our 2012 Escape required caliper on our front brake. Bill suggested we also replace the other calipers too. I love a repair garage that takes care of their customers. My wife and I both agree that Bill's is the best place to come to for our automotive repair needs. From the owner to the service writer to the mechanics I was pleased with everyone.

Bill and his team were so kind! We were in a pinch trying to get our starter fixed this weekend. We called a dozen auto shops, and they all said it would be several days or at least after the weekend before they could get to us. When we got to Bill's, he said he'd at least try to fit us in and would order the piece needed. He got the piece, fit us in his busy schedule, did a great job on the vehicle, AND had us fixed the same day!!! A Friday no less! Bill and the team saved our daughters birthday weekend! I am so happy with the service we received, and we'll definitely be back for any auto needs in the future!

My control rod and ball joint broke, and my car just happened to get disabled about 2 businesses down from Bill’s. It was evening, and they were closed but there were 2 mechanics in the parking lot looking at another guy’s car. I limped my car into the parking lot and walked up to them and said “hey fellas. I know you’re closed and probably trying to go home, but do you think you could just take a look at my car?” They told me what was wrong, and that if I wanted to leave it there, they would call me with an estimate the next morning. This was on a Thursday evening, and when I called on Friday, they hadn’t gotten to my car yet, and they’re closed sat-mom so it was Tuesday before I got an estimate. I was ok with waiting a few days, because I had just showed up without a previous appointment and I, unlike a lot of the general public, understand that I am not the only customer who wants their car fixed. Tuesday rolled around and they called me with an estimate, and said the car would be ready Wednesday afternoon. I got a call from Bill’s at 6:00 Tuesday afternoon and I answered the phone with “why do I have the feeling that you’re about to tell me something bad?” I’m n the contrary, she was calling to tell me that my car was finished a little early AND that the repairs had actually come in at about 80 bucks less than they had originally quoted me. I have NEVER had that happen with a car repair….anywhere. It’s almost always MORE that previously expected. They always find something else wrong, etc. I am a full time caregiver (unpaid) for my disabled mother and I don’t have much money. They worked with me on fixing what I could afford and getting me back on the road. I will definitely be back, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Been using Bill’s for almost 15 years now with my parents. I had an old Chevy trailblazer that we got taken on by a car sales man in JC. Only car my dad hasn’t taken to Bill to look at and eventually Bill refused to work on it anymore because it was so dangerous to drive. My car that I have now about two years ago broke down with my son in it in Duffield, Va. didn’t know who else to call because my dad was busy at work, so I called Bill. When he heard where I was, he told me I had ten mins to try my dad again and if I did not call Bill back in that time frame, he was leaving and coming to get me and my son. He was pulling out of the shop when I called him to say my dad was on his way. Not many mechanics will do that for someone besides family

DO NOT COME HERE. Had my car towed here then they price flipped tripled the price tried to say that they were given the wrong information and then the owner bill started cussing me out for being such a godly man I have him recorded cussing me out we will be going to court. Had my girlfriend waiting 3 hours then their mechanics jumped me and beat me. Cops were called.

We have used Bill for our auto repairs for several years. The most recent job they did was replacing a water pump on my van. They gave us a cost & time estimate, took a deposit, ordered the parts and had the job completed exactly when they said they would for even less than what was initially quoted. He is honest and fair and has been so helpful to us. The techs have also been knowledgeable and helpful, and Rebekah in the front office has been wonderful to communicate with and help in any way every step of the way each time we have a vehicle in the shop. Drove my car in with overheating problems under the impression that they were an honest business with good Christian values because of all the messages on outside of building 2 weeks later all they could tell me was that my heater core had busted and the thermostat was stuck. The car started multiple times for them to move it around the parking lot and then I got a call from them telling me the motor was ceased up and I needed a new motor. Remember I drove it in, it was started multiple times while there and now the motor is ceased...hmmm??? Would not recommend these crooks!

Bill was the only local shop who returned my call on such a short notice and went far, far above and beyond to help me on my journey.
