Fast work and very helpful. I knew I needed a light change they did that quickly on top of an oil change and they didn't judge me even though I went 7,000 miles past my expected oil change date. Even more amazing, the gentleman who worked with me offered to check my cabin error filter because it's often forgotten about, save me from certain death breathing in all of this gunk from clearly a lifetime's worth of filtering air. Thank you to Shyloh, I don't think that's how it's spelled... I will definitely be back to this Valvoline 🤷🏽♀️

Pulled up and asked for an oil change. They asked to check my lights and I politely declined and said just the oil change. A guy asks to pop my hood and I did, another guy said do you know you have a gasket leak? I said, it’s ok just need the oil change. The other guy then asks me to step out to “show me something”…..I then said it’s ok, just put my cap back on and I’ll head somewhere else. I don’t want to be rude but if I ask for 1 simple service just provide that service and stop trying to do everything but the 1 thing I asked for. I can do my own oil change but chose this out of convenience….its a daily a-b work car, im not here to be nickel and dimed into add on services.

Very pleased with the service of Valvoline today. It was a very busy day for them with ALL three bays filled and folks waiting. Saturday need I say more. However was greeted in the parking lot and explained they had lower staff than expected that day and would get to me as soon as possible. That greeting caused me to be willing to wait instead of going to another location.

Corey and his staff at the north marine blvd location were amazing!! They were professional, fast and went over all of the services I needed to complete. I ended up getting my tires rotated, fuel injector and radiator treatment. I love the one stop shop. Less stress!!! My visit was on 6/7/2025. I even left with a popsicle !

I went in for an oil change and knowing I needed some other work done but needed pricing as I'm on a budget. The manager Eddie answered every question I had and gave me pricing for all of the work I asked about. There were multiple technicians working on my truck at the same time and they worked so great as a team. Everyone was kind and courteous. I had the oil change and added on a Radiator fluid replacement, Rear Diff Fluid replacement and Cabin Air filter replacement in one go. They did it fast and showed me what they were doing and explaining it all every step of the way. They gave me recommendations of what I need done next, and I will definitely go back to see them. They were efficient workers but also fun. We shared many laughs. Great service with smiles! I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you.

Went to this Valvoline for a standard oil, change and tire rotation. When sitting in the lobby, I noticed that the manager that was doing the tire rotation was removing my Lugnuts, as if he were trying out for a NASCAR pit crew. When reviewing my vehicle, after the oil change and tire rotation, I noticed that there was damage to two of my four rims. They damaged appeared to come from someone having swiftly and carelessly hit my rims while trying to quickly change the Lugnuts. When brought to the managers attention, he instantly dismissed it and said that his district manager would review footage from the oil change and tire rotation, and follow up with me the next week. After not receiving a call for eight days, I decided to call back up to the shop and check in on the status of my complaint. The manager instantly had an attitude was dismissive and stated that the district manager had already reviewed. It was not calling me back and saw no fault as the rims were not laid flat on their face or thrown around the shop. I stated that I never claimed that they were lights out on their Facebook that the Lugnuts were change swiftly causing noticeable damage that have not been there since the rims were fairly new purchase and I have never changed, or had a tire rotation. The district manager couldn’t even bother to call me back. If you know any other location in Jacksonville to have basic maintenance done to your car I would recommend going there because clearly customer service is not a priority in this location. Thanks for nothing David.

This shop stole my credit card information twice. I had a hunch the first time. This last time I hadn’t used my card anywhere else. When I was here the guy walked away with my card which was strange. Spent $1,500 at T-Mobile.

Oil pressure light and engine light came on after oil change, called the manager and he told me to bring car in. We agreed I would bring it the next morning ensuring me the asst manager would be there. I drove an hour and a half to bring the car in and no manager. Employees told me there was nothing they could do. Was not sure car was even safe to drive therefore I had to get another oil change somewhere else. Called manager next day requesting a refund since they were unable to correct the issue. He informed me they would get back to me and have heard nothing!

Manager doesn't even know how to read a dipstick. They over filled my engine oil, transmission service left me with transmission 1 quart low, replaced wiper blade on passenger side that was incorrect size (Way to skort). Every time I go there they try sell me new wipers. Failed my car for inspection due to wipers that were less than 7 months old. Station has rotating, inexperienced personnel.

STELLAR EXPERIENCE ! The manager Eddie introduced himself and promptly assisted . I initially came in for some air for my tire and he helped me recognize that the my vehicle needed oil and new wiper blades . Not only did he cash in on a sale , but he earned my trust by showing my the difference in color of the oil from start to finish and also the wiper blade streaks on the car. Overall enjoyed the service they were fast and efficient.. Uploaded service changes to CarFax and was very honest with me. Highly recommend !

I have been going to this place for over 10 years. I went to get my 3,000 mile check up,including my oil &filter change just last month. So when I got home I checked under my hood as I always have done ,we'll my fluid were not tapped off,empty, so I added the fluids. that I did requested . Just recently my car acted as though it wanted to cut off,for example I was at the intersection today and as I was driving my car acted like something was clogged. I pulled my car over over and checked my filter it was black k with Leaves in it. I then removed them and tapped filter to clean it and after that I t worked great I was charged $55. for the worst service I have had with them As a long time customer,I will not be going back!!!! Please make sure to check your automobiles before leaving this business.

I have had my vehicle serviced at this place many times. The staff here are excellent. Everyone is charismatic and easy-going. I have a certain way I like my vehicle to be serviced and they give me no issues or attitude ever. Even though I am asking for some extra stuff. The only thing that I would say is only a POSSIBLE con is that if you have a heavily lowered car then you may scrape a bit in their service bay. It is nothing atrocious though. I genuinely enjoy going to valvoline and this location even more specifically.
