Wonderful Customer Service..I went in thinking I had to have my wheel bearing replaced due to a loud constant noise..Like nails on a chalk board. Mr. Terrance looked at my vehicle and told me after looking at it that it was my brakes that were put in wrong by a family friend. Fixed it in about 10 min and changed my total tremendously. Poor customer service. I called to get a quote. The technician gets nasty and rude when I try to verify what the price included. Telling me "We on the clock over here." And when I told him I wasn't questioning the price I wanted the details of what the price covered, he says"Then why you ask?" Bruh you ain't got to be nasty. if you on the clock why not retain business by answering questions without attitude?

I first decided to take my car here based off the reviews and I’m so glad I did. Mr. Terrance is the best! He’s so nice and personable as well as reasonable. I’m sure he’s the best in the city and its surrounding areas. My car needed a bit of work done and he knew exactly what the problem was and had everything fixed the same day.
