★☆☆☆☆ I brought my 4 Runner there to have a catalytic convertor replaced. Very clean shop. When I dropped my car off it seemed very professional. Reasonably priced repair. I picked up my 4 Runner and drove it away. I immediately noticed a horrible vibration when driving away when speeds got over 25 mph. I thought the tire may have thrown a weight causing it to be out of balance. It was shaking bad on the drive home. I called them the next day to explain the situation, they said bring it in and would check it out. I brought the truck in , and after raising it up on the rack they pointed out a u-joint was bad. I asked how this could of happened , they said they didn't know. I asked if the car was driven after repair , they said they don't do that. You could also see fresh marks on the underbody of the truck where something had pushed up on the bottom of truck and made a hole in the heatshield of the truck. The manager had very poor customer service skills, he immediately started being dramatic and loudly stating I cant believe you are accusing us of doing something to your car. They take no responsibility for any thing they may have caused. He gave me the owners name and # . I called with no avail. I will not take my car there again. The power of the purse. Very unprofessional, poor customer service skills. I do not recommend this company I just received a diagnostic from a trusted shop- It turns out the drive shaft is bent. That what caused the u-joint to go bad. It was not bent driving it to S & S Custom Exhaust shop. It drove smooth to your shop , but had a exhaust noise. You already replied to this complaint. You never saw the truck, it was not a saw Zaw cut it was from a possible transmission jack, or another type jack. above the repair your shop performed. The one who replied is the owner, but never looked at the truck. He must have diagnostic dice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
