Iāve never been here before today, and I canāt think of a time Iāve ever gone to a drive in oil change place⦠we usually go to the dealership or the hubby does this chore, so this was a new experience for me. It was a very pleasant experience actually. Between the professional and polite staff, and the system they have down for working through the vehicles needs quickly, I was very impressed. Mateo was especially helpful, but overall everyone I interacted with was great. As a woman by myself today going to a āmechanicā, I felt treated well and Iāll definitely go back.

I came to do an oil change and tire rotation here yesterday. The man that helped me was very friendly and helpful. But idk who actually finished with my tires but they did not put my rim covers back on correctly. Both my front covers. One came off already and almost caused an accident. I added pictures for reference. Just be careful guys. Always double check that everything is done correctly. This couldāve killed someone!

Took my car for a simple oil change my car had no problems whatsoever before. The employee cracked my oil filter housing still waiting for a reimbursement or small claims court n bad reviews.i got a response from their media to explain again through email to Jamie still waiting i even lost 4 days of work and i didnāt ask for that recompense yet. By law i have to wait 30 days before i go small claims

I came in for a routine oil change like I have many times before. About 10 minutes after I left, I began smelling something under the hood of car. I figured that maybe the top wasnāt put back on where the oil goes and I might of spilled out. Once I opened the hood, there was smoke coming out of the battery and there was acid shooting out. I had to immediately go to auto zone and purchase a new battery. My battery was not looked at although it states in my invoice that it was. That battery was minutes away from blowing up and if it had been looked at, the hole that was in the battery would have been seen. I did talk to corporate and they said they would look at the recording of my inspection. A few hours later, I received a call from the manager offering me a discount for my next visit. Really? Why would I come back? I had my kids in the car with me and the lack of concern on your company behalf is absolutely ridiculous

My husband took my car to be serviced for an oil change today but after returning home, upon further inspection, my windshield wiper fluid & coolant was not topped off. My coolant was pretty low overall. The invoice shows that my coolant was checked & at āokā levels. I called to make my concerns known & the first person I spoke to said that all my fluids should have been topped off, but the second person (within their actual customer service) told me that they marked it as āokā & if they thought it was low they would have let the driver know but in the end weāre the ones responsible for the vehicle. I honestly couldnāt believe he said that to me, considering I worked for a short time at valvoline myself & we were trained to always make sure the fluids were topped off (as the first person told me). Oh, also canāt forget how they had to jumpstart my car after the service was completed (due to unrelated issues to valvoline) & they left my entire negative battery cap off & set it on another part of my car under the hood. Thankfully it was still there when my dad was checking under the hood. I just canāt believe the service was this terrible. Certainly not worth 100+ dollars. Overall terrible experience.

The manager failed to resolve the problem.Hence this post. (Go to Oili.com to get faster better service.) My son took his car there for his first oil change. When he came back, he had to stop the car on the way because of sparks and grinding sound from the plate.Having not having been secured from the underside properly. When I brought the car back, they said it didn't have all of the fasteners. So the technician only fastened the two in the back. Creating a scoop out of the protection plate.... When I asked them to resolve this issue, they said they would order more screws and fix it. I waited, I called back. I heard nothing.... so now we use a company called oili.com. Were they video camera everything that they're doing as well as put things back properly and use high quality synthetic oil. Skip the driving wait. This place sucks

The mechanic Nathan was super nice and informative about my car. Didnāt try and up sell me, told me what could wait and what should be taken care of. Because of him I felt like it was a good place to knock out my Transmission fluid, AND radiator fluid, on top of the oil change.

Have you ever wanted to drop all your hard earned $$$ at an oil service branch? I drive a lot and I have 43,000 miles on a (what was brand new) 2025 Kia sorrento (1 yr old car). I religiously get my oil changed every 3-5k. Iāve been to different oil changing shops, but this one in Murrieta is the only one I will go to from now on. I had Nathan helping me and Sam was the tech, both amazing, fun, and great! You can tell what the culture is like (fantastic) and I couldnāt help but mirror it back to them. So friendly and helpful. Anyway, I was ready to do any service and drop all my money if they said I needed it, due to their friendly, helpful, and honest demeanor. This is THE BEST Valvoline and should you ever be in Nathan or Samās hands, youāre going to be just fine!

The manager tried to change my taillights but couldnāt. He said his tool was broken but that he is the manager and has done hundreds of taillights. Anyways⦠I had to make him stop because it seemed like he didnāt know what he was doing. His attitude changed slightly and he kept repeating he was the manager and he has changed hundreds. Anywaysā¦I bought the lights at AutoZone and changed them in 3 min. Itās only 2 Philips screws that have to be removed, press and slide taillights out and pull/replace bulb. Super easy. I am still trying to figure out what tool of thereās was broken since you only need a Phillips screw driverš¤. Also, this manager allows employees to show up to work in a sling shot while holding their work shirt as they step into the shop. Super unprofessional. Good luck with Maleke as your store Managerš
