5+ stars, for super friendly and helpful staff. I called in asking about one small part I needed to buy and he told me he’d look and to head over because they were closing in 20 minutes. I arrived and he had the part ready for me and didn’t charge me anything. He was very generous and I appreciate him taking the time to look for it and give it to me for free right before closing. This is the type in interaction I would look for in a business to support for sure. Thank you again so much.

I am beyond grateful for finding this business to help me. I was helped by this wonderful gentleman named Sam who went above and Beyond for me! I have a 2013 ford edge And I needed a new back up camera installed sam said I could go in with no appointment then when I arrived we went outside to go check out my old camera and to my car wouldn’t start ! Sam jump started my car and offered to replace the battery at no extra charge (purchased From O’Reillys down the street). I also had LED headlights replaced .He also promised to have the car finished By 3 PM the next day, it was done by a little bit after 1pm. Not only is Sam man of his word, but he is a good human being. He seemed confident and Trustworthy. I highly recommend this business to anyone Thank you, and God bless You!🙏💛

I went in to upgrade my audio system. When I got the quote, I was told my subwoofer would be on the side and not in the middle, as space matters to me. My subwoofer was placed in the middle, and they didn't even put a cage for it; it's left open. This is a big negative for me as it could get ruined when my top is off on my Jeep. The staff is nice and friendly, but had I known I would have to pay more to fix these issues, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Quality: good sounding and clear. Price: Given my two issues, I must pay another business to fix them. I overpaid for what I had done! Issues: The subwoofer is directly in the middle, leaving me no space when I was told it wouldn't be there, as I cared about space and that there was no cage to protect it.

Bought stereo and needed done quickly so i can be hands free. they jumped on it and had it done the same day. very helpful. asked them to help with set up and moving mic and they said no problem and that is great service! for sure will use this location and also his brothers too! thank you!

Came here to fix factory wires than were cut off to fit an aftermarket stereo from the previous owner and this place was great. Zach was super helpful and informative and taught me a few things even tried to help fix my backup camera before working on the wiring. I would totally recommend this place to anyone.

Owner, brother, and installer are top notch. Dropped my lincoln mkz off to swap factory speakers and have subwoofer installed. They kept the car over night and had it ready the next day. Small issue from fake engine noise required to bring the car back but it was in and out within an hour. I'll be stopping by with my bmw for more work!

I went here to have my friends car stereo switched out. It was her birthday and she's moving out of state so I wanted to do something special for her. She has a 2010 Honda Accord and wanted to be able to connect her phone. After getting quotes from a bunch of other places, with nothing but ridiculously priced and uncommon brand stereos, we finally found this place. We were able to get a JVC with apple car play and android auto which was amazing!. Her car also has steering wheel controls so they were able to set that all up for her as well. At the end, the owner even helped us out so we were also able to afford and add a backup cam for her. The owner was so chill and down to earth. Anything we didn't understand he would completely explain for us. They went above and beyond with their service and would definitely recommend this place!!. Everyone here was so kind and helpful in making my friend's birthday gift perfect for her. When I dropped my friends car back off to her, she loved it all!. She basically flipped out over the backup cam lol parallel parking struggles. She was so excited and happy saying it felt like a new car.

I was having a whine and static noise coming through my aftermarket stereo speakers after a few years of having the system. I could not find the cure for this on my own. I ended up going to A to Z Car Stereo, who did not install my system, and I met Ray and discussed with him my issue, he quoted me a price, and said that he had time for me the next day and to come back and he would would look at my car. I came back the next day as we discussed, and Ray and his worker Fabian took a look at what was going on. After about 15-20 minutes of working on my amplifier, they found my issue and fixed it. Fabian also adjusted my Alpine head unit and the Alpine amplifier to the music that I listen to. The music sounds even better than it did, and the bass just booms now. Thank you for your help in fixing my issue, and thank you for going above and beyond in giving great customer service. Update: The whine came back after driving the car more. I went back to talk to Ray about this, and to show him a video of my issue so he could hear it, as the whine comes and goes. Once he heard what was going on, he had David look at my issue and he proceeded to reinstall my amplifier and to re route the power cable and the speaker wires. This solved my issue. Great customer care. Thank you guys!!

I had A-to-Z car stereo hardwire a dual front and rear dash cam. I have a rack on the back of my Jeep, which blocks my vision out of the rearview mirror. I wanted to dash cam on top of the rack, which is not the typical placement. They did such an amazing job with the placement and hiding all the wires and showing me how the dash cam works. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had written a long post as far as describing the Great job these guys do and accidentally deleted it LOL! I don't have time to rewrite it currently but still want to say this is my second time over the last 3 years utilizing these guys and they are second to none in their service and understanding what you're looking for. I've had A to Z Stereo install two car alarms systems on two of my vehicles, and power locks in one of them. Sam was incredible kind, helpful, and their prices were very reasonable. Roughly a year after my install I was experiencing issues with one of my vehicles. It was something they figured out and fixed, free of charge and really quickly! I have nothing but great things to say about A to Z Stereo and Cali Car Stereo. These guys are great!!

Ray and Sam always provide great customer service. I'm a returning customer and I had them install another Viper Alarm for one of my cars. This is the third one they've installed for me. They always have great pricing and really take care of you. While they were installing my alarm, Ray gave me a great price on a Rockford Sub, Alpine amplifier and a ported box. Fabian got it all installed for me in less than 2 hours and it sounds great! They do an awesome job and always answers all my questions. I highly recommend them and you will not be disappointed.
