After visiting 6 different shops My last stop was with Pierre at Exclusive Automotive and thank God for that , Pierre was very straight about what needed to be done with my BmW And his price was very affordable compare to all the rest. Exclusive Automotive...the Father / Son Repair shop has to be, in all my years of owning a car, one of the BEST shops I have ever used. I have only met a few mechanics who are so knowledgeable of cars. Or know in the first moments of hearing my car's sound EXACTLY what the issues are and totally repairs it. I have a 15 year old Lexus ES 350, and of course at that age things are beginning to give way. And I trust this team to get it repaired and done right the first time. They don't pressure you for any repair, in fact they have an app with all noted issues and it allows you to pick what repairs you want to fix in the order of priority. That really takes the pressure off strong arming like some repair shops do. They are also so courteous and really listen to their customers. The prices are reasonable and they get the job done lickity split. I will use them forever.

Very outstanding customer service, very professional and helpful as Pierre will listen to every little detail about what you are explaining to him. Thought my bmw was totaled after a hit and run until I stopped by exclusive automotive and had a very nice conversation with Pierre as he told me everything that was going to be replaced to get my car back on the road and it drives even better then it did before and they fixed it very fast as well 100% recommend this shop to anyone!.

My Honda Pilot was due for timing belt replacement and whatever else is necessary to keep my SUV at top running condition. I been contacting several autoshop in the area including 2 dealerships; been reading all reviews on each autoshops and Exclusive Auto owned by Mr. Piere has all 5 stars and their testimonies are pretty good. I called Exclusive Auto and Mr. Piere answered the phone himself. He is very knowledgeable and really made sense to me. I can see that this guy really value his customers, he even gave me a ride home, pick me up again upon completion of work on my Pilot. Awesome customer service. I will recommend this autoshop to whoever needs any services without hessitation. Very honest on the price and the per hour rate was posted for everyone to see. He insisted to use genuine honda parts on critical area like the timing belt & the water pump. He said that Honda parts have a higher specs than other replacement parts which I agreed. This review was based on my honest assestment of the work that was done on the car, the friendliness of his mechanics and the way Mr. Piere valued his customers and their cars. I will update this review accordingly.

The service here is amazing I was referred here by one of my buddies who had service done on his car before. I would recommend anyone to this establishment if you need your vehicle repaired at fair prices. Thank you and I really appreciate the work and business you do. My air ride suspension went out which means my car wasn’t drivable. My car was sitting on my brand new tires and would not lift up. They were able to get it to the shop no matter what it took and also able to convert the air ride suspension into coil overs. My car runs so smooth I can’t tell the difference!

100% a shop you want to go to. Family owned Black owned with great experience in automatics foreign and domestic. The father and son are definitely informational and shared experiences and help you get your car to where it needs to be. Never seen a shop that really cares for the customer and tries to get them the best deal and the best fix possible. My experience like others I have read has been a awesome and wonderful experience. I cannot say enough good things about this place and the owner. The owner was beyond helpful and most importantly honest. Finding an honest mechanic is like finding an honest politician and I swore I would leave a review because how rare it is and it warmed my heart to know honest people still exist. The owner helped me even though they were technically closed and when he new he wouldn’t be able to fix the problem as quickly as the dealership he called the dealership on my behalf and made me an appointment to get in faster. You won’t regret going here.

I have been a die hard Bmw fan for many years and usually do maintenance and normal repairs myself. When the driveshaft center bearing went out on Roxy (my e46 m3 touring conversion), I started to do the repairs and decided I really didn't want to do it. I called several local businesses and even driveline shops who wouldn't even touch it. A friend/ client excitedly told me to call Pierre so I did. I was floored when he told me he could do it same day if I could arrange a tow. The tow took a few hours to get Roxy there and I was waiting for the call "we'll get her back to you on Monday" nope!!!! They had it ready by end of business that day!!!! As much as I wanted to take her home, I even left her over the weekend for repairs I was putting off!!! (That's kind of a big deal for me, again because I do almost all of the work on her myself) Pierre and Pierre Jr made me feel right at home and very comfortable with leaving my baby with them, did excellent work, extremely friendly, honest and knowledgeable, and I 100% recommend them to anyone. Thanks Pierre and staff!!!!
