First- the actual work they did was great, and I have no complaints about that. The service was awful though. There was about a month and a half between when I paid and when my car got repaired. Every time I called I was told they would get parts "next week," but the parts didn't appear until two days after I asked for a refund. It took them half a week longer to complete the repair than I was told it would- again, every time I checked they said it would be available tomorrow. With the number of auto repair places available, there is nothing special about this one.

I shopped around got multiple estimates, they gave me the best estimate and were even recommended by another shop. This is a family owned business, which matters to me, and they were honest about the work that needed to be done. You can tell by their honesty, that they weren't just in it for the money but they actually valued me as a customer. They have great rates and do quality work in a timely manner. The staff is great, they're friendly and professional.

Very happy with the service! I was quoted a set amount of $ and 3 days to completely replace my front bumper. They completed the job in 3 days as quoted and did not charge me a higher price when it came time to pick up my car; what was quoted to me is what I paid! Plus, they detail cleaned my car for free :) I am very happy with the customer service and the work they did on my car, I highly recommend this place!!

I needed a hood emblem installed on my 1965 Mini Cooper. The office staff was very friendly and professional. Chuck, the gentleman who handled the installation, has an astonishing resume of cars he has worked on. His attention to detail and knowledge is incredible. He cared as much about my car as much I do. I have a 2004 vehicle that Faith Auto and Caliber Collision refused to intake for repairs. I then met Misty at Murrieta Auto Collision and she gave me instant hope. She had a contigency plan in case parts were hard to come by and that gave me peace of mind. My car came back in beautiful shape and they even added in some extra work. Very happy!!!

My car had a dead battery and I had to call roadside assistance for a jump start. Worrying if it will happen again, I went to an AutoZone and the test showed the battery was bad so I purposed a new one. Unfortunately the staff at AutoZone wasn't comfortable replacing battery for my specific vehicle model concerning potential demage to the car. I called Murrieta Auto Collision and they accepted this ad hoc work even if there's only half an hour left till store close. I drove there and was greeted by the staff I spoke on phone and soon the technician Herman dropped his work at hand and replaced the battery efficiently. He even declined to charge for the work in the end. You can see the craftsmanship and hospitality from the guys operating this store. Will definitely come back for repairs in the future.

After an unexpected incident with my sports car, my insurance company was of little help, leaving me on my own to find a reputable shop with the right knowledge and experience for my vehicle. After research, recommendations, and reading excellent reviews, I chose Murrieta Auto Collision—and I couldn’t be happier. From the start, Misty, Herman, and Mike were outstanding. They stayed in constant communication, provided clear updates, and immediately understood the extent of the damage. With most parts unavailable and some frame damage involved, they knew from the beginning the car would be deemed a total loss and stood firm on that assessment. Before bringing my car to their shop, I spent nearly a month making no progress. Once Murrieta Auto Collision got involved, it only took a few weeks for them to work with my hired claims adjuster, Anthony at Teak Claims (whom I also highly recommend!), and get everything resolved with the insurance company. I can’t thank Misty, Herman, and Mike enough for their knowledge, professionalism, and dedication—especially since I was handling this from out of state. They made the process smooth, stress-free, and ultimately successful. I HIGHLY recommend Murrieta Auto Collision to anyone dealing with insurance claims. They are truly the best!

Smiling faces tell lies… Don’t be fooled by the kindness that Murrieta Auto Collision displays, whether it be incompetence or maliciousness, this shop spent almost an entire 6 months telling my wife and I that our jeep was totaled due to frame damage. On a relocation drive back to California after separating from the navy, my wife and I were hit in Louisiana. Thankfully the jeep was still drivable and with the help of a couple of kind auto shops along the way, we managed to hobble ourselves back to my father-in-law’s house in California. He recommended this shop as he had worked with them a few times with no complication. He called misty and explained our situation and she said she would take us in no problem. We dropped the jeep off and it was nothing but smiles and reassurances that we would be well taken care of. No more than a couple weeks into them having the jeep I received word that my dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer so we explained to the shop our situation and that we would be in Tennessee for an undetermined amount of time to help my family. It was about two weeks into being in Tennessee that the shop called saying that they found frame damage and the jeep would have to be totaled. We desperately wanted to avoid a totaled vehicle and asked if it was in any way repairable, they just tried to tell us that having a salvage vehicle wasn’t that bad. Thankfully for Allstate, our adjuster said he didn’t see the damage they were talking about and wanted a set up and measure to see proof of the damage. From that point any time we would call the shop they would tell us that our adjuster wanted a set up and measure and when we would talk to our adjuster, he said the order for the measurement job was in and the shop had not responded to him. This became a back and forth game of telephone that didn’t get resolved until we got back to California, we went to the shop in person and their mechanic could not show us where the damage actually was, on top of all of that they were telling us it would cost $12,000 to repair the jeep. Another adjuster with more experience got involved and he was not convinced by the shop either, not only that but they would call us while not returning the calls of our adjuster for some time. Even after all of this confusion and frustration they finally got a measure on the frame but could not prove how they got readings that showed their findings of damage. Their answer would shift from totaling damage, to frame replacement, to maybe repairable but it was never a strait answer. After almost half a year of not having our vehicle we had enough and talked with our adjuster to pull the jeep and just pay for the few parts that the shop had removed. We gave them their money for part removal and at the suggestion of our adjuster, brought the jeep to Faith Quality Auto Body a few yards down the road. Murrieta auto collision did not even keep maintenance records of the parts removed or any work they had actually done when I requested a copy of it. The only thing I can even place on their credit is they gave us a $200 part that they were not able to return. We got our jeep into faith quality and immediately they began working on the jeep, quoted us $3,500 for the repair job, and called us every week with an update on progress. The Jeep is finally almost done now and the quality in work and professionalism from faith quality has been leaps and bounds above that of Murrieta auto collision. If you ever find yourself needing auto body work, I implore you to drive a few feet down the road and save yourself the headache that I have suffered through this ordeal.

I recently had my car repaired at Murrieta Auto Collision , and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Misty was amazing to work with — she kept me updated throughout the entire process, made sure everything was done correctly, and had my car finished right on time. The quality of the repair work was excellent, and the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this professional and cares this much about their customers. Went to Murrieta Auto Collision for an estimate on my car 8/14/24, I called the day before to find out it an appointment was need for the estimate was told to just come in…was told no appointment needed as long as it’s between business hours. When I got to Murrieta Auto Collision was greeted with a warm welcome from Jen and she immediately connected with an adjuster, shared while inside thee office and it was very clean and organized. Mike Diaz was my adjuster a very nice guy, I was asked a couple questions and Mike immediately jumped on my estimate, he was very knowledgeable and professional, I had some paint marks where the damage was so he cleaned the area though he did take pictures before and after in the process of giving me a fair estimate, thought that was a great way of giving a better estimate. The day before I got an estimate from another Body Shop not mentioning their name…thats a separate review but was giving an estimate of a thousand dollars more than Murrieta Auto Collision..probably because of the paint scrub marks wasn’t wiped away. My first impression of this family-owned business was that they take pride in the work being done to your vehicle. Haven’t had the work done yet it’s still going thru the insurance company. Will update when the work is complete. Had a recent accident 9/22/25 and my insurance company Wawanesa wanted total out my car, but Geico the other parties insurance accepted responsibility for the accident, met with Seth from Geico thee adjuster the next day and after the estimate decided to repair my vehicle, Murrieta Auto Collision did the work on my vehicle, this place of business is definitely the best body shop in town my vehicle looks like it’s fresh off the showroom floor, people there are so friendly Vicky kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and MAC took great care and pride repairing your vehicle. Have to recognize the body work repair men and painters even though I didn’t meet them they are truly geniuses, and would like to thank them as well for their great work. This shop works with most auto insurance companies and was my choice, I would hope that this auto body repair shop would be your choice as well if you want the best results and service. I would highly recommend this business….Thank you, thank you

My 2004 Ford F-250 hood and cab top were really weathered, paint peeling. They were up front, honest and accurate about the cost involved and took the time to do an absolutely outstanding job. The cost was very fair and better than competitors. I highly recommend this business!
