I am surprised at all the 5 star reviews! They are over priced for the same tires I found (after the fact) at competitors for almost half what I was charged. They don’t stock the budget friendly tires, you have to order them so if you are in a pinch and need something same day, you have to buy the more expensive tire. They were fast, but do your research ahead of time!!! Being charged $135. for tires that a direct competitor has for $75 and then be told you were give a “special” price is a scam!!! There are plenty of tire places that will offer the same service & quality at a much better price.

Last weekI stopped in to see about tires and Brad took the time to explain the different type to me. Being a widow I was nervous about doing something I hadn't done before.Brad was not pushy but informative and told me about the special buy 3 and get 1 free with 80,000. mile warranty. Even the Michelin didn't give me that kinda warranty. Then I mentioned I had a oil change at the dealership in a hour and he told me they could do it right now and saved me $50. Today 11/11/25 I had the new tires put on and an alignment. I waited there and it was all done in 2 hours! At the last minute I mentioned I probably need new windshield wipers and without a wait Brad gladly put them on! So any ladies out there that need good honest and friendly customer service give Big Brand Tire Service, Murrieta a try! I'm glad I did!

Was sent over to Big Brand by the brother store and had the pleasure of meeting Danny, the service manager. They showed me what was in my tire which was the smallest staple. Glad they were able to fix! They got me in and out in less than an hour for a punctured tire which was free! I know where I’ll go next time I need a service! Good and quick service! Thanks!!

This place was amazing. I called yesterday to see if they had tires in stock for me, Danny gave me plenty of options and booked me an appointment right away. I had just had a service at Subaru and had been quoted for tires as well as rotor resurfacing and breaks, all of which were necessary. I wanted a second opinion so the guys took a look. They beat Subaru's price and did more work, provided the exact tires I needed, and made sure no corners were cut. From the minute I walked in I felt like a person and not a dollar sign which is a rare experience these days. Big Brand stands behind their work and their products with a fantastic warranty. I can't recommend these guys enough.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review: I came in for an A/C inspection since my car wasn’t blowing cold air. Marvin was super quick to respond and got me in the same day! He provided all the information I needed and did a quick, thorough check on my car. They placed a dye to find the leak, and when I came back a few days later, he was able to squeeze me in again. Marvin even discovered there was a recall on a part that could be causing the A/C issue. I have an appointment with my dealership next, and if it turns out not to be the recall causing the issue with the AC, he mentioned he’d give me a good deal on the repair. I really appreciated how honest and trustworthy he was throughout the whole process. He even changed out my air filter—which I didn’t realize needed replacing—free of charge! Overall, I’m very happy with the service and the professionalism. Highly recommend this shop and Marvin for anyone needing reliable and honest car care!

Big Brand Tires took over a tires service company Integrity tires that had been going for years. Big Brand tires opened a business 1.2 miles from my resident which was great. I visited Big Brand tires Murrieta to check to see if my service records from the other company Integrity tires were transferred and Mike was very helpful and everything was transferred. I browsed the shop and everything was the same as far as services needed. I look forward to making them my chose for service. Update… got service done at Big Brand Tire service today and was very pleased with my service, Mike the service manager was polite, helpful, professional and courteous as well as the other team members. The shop was clean and very organized..they offer a full service package. They always have service offers and specials, pricing is very reasonable and always negotiable. A couple more recent visits to Big Brand tires Mar 13 and Mar 18 four new tires and wheel alignment on girlfriend car and wheel alignment, tire rotation on my stang. The service there is great! Cody the service manager, actually the whole crew take great pride in providing the excellent service you are looking for. I would highly recommend them to family and friend cause I believe you would be in good hands with their great quality service.

I was looking for an affordable but durable tire for our car. After checking around, I found a good deal at Big Brand Tire & Service. I called the Murrieta Hot Springs location to ask about the tires shown on their website. The deal was listed at another location, but Danny told me they had a similar tire in stock. It was slightly more expensive, but he said he would match the online price. The next day, I went to the store and spoke with Danny in person. I reminded him about our phone conversation, and he honored the price he promised. He even showed me the exact tire they would install. Danny was friendly and professional. The shop was clean and comfortable. They offered coffee, tea, and water, had a restroom, and a clear window in the waiting area so you could watch your car being serviced. There are also many nearby shops, so while waiting you can get frozen yogurt, boba, Thai food, or Sonic.
