Buy your tires elsewhere ,these people don't want to work ,it appears they hate to perform tire installations , and they will try to put it off the longest they can

No help available at their jewelery spot. Have to ask someone to make multiple calls to get them to the spot. Minimum wait time of 30mins for sure...

Not as inexpensive as I woulda thought. Service was okay overall. The kid who booked me was great. The guy who handled my appointment and tire change meh.

Would be nice if they are more communicative, acknowledgeable, and can make eye contact with customers. Prefer the Moreno Valley Sam’s tire center waaay over Murrieta Sam’s 💯

Very helpful. Didn't have an appointment, losing air in a tire. Could not see physically what was wrong. They found a nail on the inside of the wheel and replaced it. Can't thank them enough 👍

Walked in on a Sunday. Attendant said they were short handed. But still mounted 4 tires in very short time. Great service and courteous.

I wouldn’t recommend Sam’s Club tires to anyone. It took them 4 hours to do my tires on a slow day, and I came in at 8am. The place is operated by lazy young employees who act naive torwards customers needs, and they lack in communication skills.

Called at 5pm, transfered to tire center to have my tire replaced. They confirmed they had the tire I was looking for and said they take the last car at 7pm. I get there at 630pm ready to get the tire. I was even going to put the wheel back on my vehicle myself when they changed to tire. They said they were not taking anymore cars. They had one car in the entire shop. I told him I need to work and I work far, I shouldn't be on a spare for many miles. Nope tire shop says sorry. Lazy, and unprofessional! Not willing to make a sale. I had even told the tire guys I was on my way to have it replaced. I wasted my time and fuel to be treated unprofessionally.

A relaxing atmosphere with friendly and courteous customer service. I went in for a car battery replacement, which took about an hour. The wait wasn't bad at all as I was able to eat and do some shopping. Additionally, they installed the battery without the added charge for labor.

Unfortunately, they stripped a bolt and have been refusing to provide any assistance. They wanted me take the vehicle to another place for repair without offering reimbursement. I tried calling to speak to management and they are never available and never returned my calls. The situation has been ongoing since February and it’s a real shame.

I went in for a tire that was leaking air. An associate told me it was unfixable and that I did not have a spare. He said he was unable to put the original tire back due to policy, so my only option was to buy a new tire. So I did, I bought four. Turns out, I did have a brand new spare and Julio just lied. I wasted over four hours and $600.

Scan and go is really useless. You have to wait in line to leave. People from check out cut right in front and offer no line control. Have to really watch there pricing, many items are more expensive than Walmart. Don't get fooled by bulk buying

I work very far from home, so I ordered my tires from the Sam's Club website which seems pretty convenient in theory. Order your tires and installment package, call the shop, schedule an appointment to have installed, then get them installed when you can come in. However, you can't just call the shop and schedule an appointment. I called every day after being notified my tires arrived (quickly!) and nobody at the tire desk ever answered, and when I got through it was because another person answered and told me they'd get my info and have them call for an appointment. That did not happen. What happened then? I went to the shop on my day off, pulled up, realized it's not like the places where you pull up, they take your keys, and you wait. So I parked. I talked to a technician who told me "You'll have to make an appointment and we're booked a week out." I was pretty annoyed to hear this and told him, "Well, if you guys would answer your phones I'd have booked an appointment last week when I ordered my tires so that doesn't work for me." Went in and at last got to talk to someone at the desk. I told him everything I've typed so far along with a "If I can't get these installed today, I'd like to cancel my order because this is not cool." Why 4 stars when it seems like I was pretty unhappy? Well, the clerk listened to me, booked me for that day, and apparently it was a good weekend because the installation was discounted, so I paid less than the online order was quoted for. Takeaway? If you buy tires at Sam's schedule in person cause it's very unlikely you'll get through to schedule an appointment in person.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service! They never answer their phone, including membership services. All I want to know is if the tires I ordered are in stock. Waited on hold for over an hour and just gave up.

I bought my tires from Sam’s Club approximately a year ago. Although the price was good, the follow up service is terrible. Nowhere on the website does it give an option to make appointments for tire rotations. Upon arrival I was asked if I had an appointment. I told them I didn’t, but planned on coming back. Initially the person at the counter stated it would be atleast a couple hours. I responded with we planned on coming back late so there was no rush. At this point another person behind the counter stated they would not be able to rotate the tires today. I was at the store at 12:30-1:00 and they closed at 7:00. I find it hard to believe they couldn’t find time during that 6 hours to do a rotation. Maybe they are that busy. I learned my lesson, I’ll choose somewhere else next time. Follow up service is just as important as a sale. I would hate to try and get a flat repair at this facility if they are that busy.

Made the mistake of purchasing my tires at Sam’s. All was pretty good until I picked up a screw and needed a new tire. Told they can no longer get my tire model and would have to get a mismatched replacement. This was unacceptable to me especially since every other tire shop in the area carries my tire. Also of course, they would have to order the tire and I would have to wait 3 to 7 days. I’m visiting the area and should have already been headed home. Basically because the warranty is prorated on tread wear I decided to pass on Sam’s and got the correct tire replaced at another tire shop. So long Sam’s you lost a long time customer due to your inability to work with me and my circumstances.

I called in to get my tire fixed and I was told that they do not book same day appointments. So I scheduled it for the next day. I came in and I was told by a tech and the manager Junior that it will not be repaired because the side wall is stretched, so I have to buy a brand new tire even though it is under warranty. As I buy a new tire, Junior, the manager, tells me to read it sarcastically because there is a lot of information. (I am upset as it is because my warranty was not covered and his sarcasm didn't help) I told him that it doesn't state anywhere that a tire should not sit flat for an extensive period, that it stretches the tire and loses it's warranty. I will buy this tire since it is flat and needs to be replaced, but this is the last time I come here to buy tires.
