I LOVE this location. I used to go to the direstone in Temecula and only kept going because I had their credit card and mechanic work is expensive. My last straw was when our vacation got ruined after they replaced my radiator and didn't connect some hoses/pieces properly. My car overheated and we had to be towed back to the hotel. From there, we had to use our 100mile AAA tow to get the car back to the mechanic. Thankfully we had AAA or we would have been in the hole big time! I was SOOO done with firestone but the radiator was under warranty and it was a job they messed up so we towed it back to firestone. We ended up miraculously towing it to the murrieta firestone who fixed all the things temecula messed up. We have been going to them since (about 2 yrs now). They have been amazing everything. And they are super honest. My boyfriend got a flat next to another tire place and had that place fix it and they lied to him that his brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. This location let us know that was a big fat lie. So glad we started coming here!

I'd give it 1 star, but because Brenda and Romeo at the counter were great, I gave it 2. The tech that did my wheel alignment was the issue. First, he pencil-whipped the "inspection report" because if he would've actually looked at my tires, he'd see they were bald on the inside, hence why I was there for an alignment. Second, he did what was called a "toe and go." He only adjusted the toe on the front and didn't touch the caster or camber. It was stated some settings were maxed out, which isn't true. It was a poor excuse. Lastly, it took 3 hours to get a lazy alignment done. I'm disappointed and now have to take it elsewhere to be corrected. It became a waste of my time. My first experience with an alignment from this Firestone a few years prior was phenomenal (same suspension and vehicle), and took it back for another great experience today, but I received the complete opposite.

I scheduled appt online it was fast and easy. I had an appt for 8AM the following day. I arrived at 6:20PM the garage was open so I went inside and spoke to Frank and let him know I was going to drop the car off but return in the morning to check the car in (because they closed at 6PM). He actually looked up the appt and checked the car in. The following day my car was serviced and completed within 2 hours. Communication was good. I received emails in a timely manner regarding the updates and a text message when my car was completed with the amount due.

It was the worst service I have ever experienced. I went in to have my front brake pads changed only to leave with my brake system barely working and being a danger to others on the road. I had to take my truck to the dealership to correct the issues that were made at this location. To add insult, they were supposed to refund my payment back to my card. However, it was done in cash, but no one from the store called me to inform me of the cash refund. So, had I not gone back to the store to file a claim for the damage they had done to my truck, I would not have known about the cash refund being there. I am beyond disappointed and upset. I spoke with the claims agent today, and he approached the conversation with an attitude and would not allow me to talk and tell the story. Not only do I NOT recommend this shop, but I do NOT recommend this company.

The service manager that helped me out was great. They didn’t work great it’s just the front desk, lady. I believe Rebecca or something older heavyset gray hair lady was being super rude about my Autistic daughter, and I announced that she had autism. So she’s going to and she kept getting annoyed with just her smirky and telling her don’t touch things and I said she has autism and she didn’t care

I have had no issues here what’s so ever. We have always had excellent service since we started coming here last year and this has been our spot since ! Frank is 👍🏻 awesome ! They do get busy because that is how great & hardworking the crew is here . Frank has been pretty informative and straightforward with me & taken care of my husband for all our car services and needs. We always look for him cause he’s established a good customer relationship from us. The other crew members are awesome too. I have seen good work relationships and good team work here. Never seen anything negative amongst the staff too only have seen & hear them working together, communicating, helping each other even having good laugh here there which is needed ! It’s not easy work but they make it seem easy with all the customers they get coming thru even the amount of walk-in’s they get ! They do what they can to accommodate everyone. I’ve not seen them ever turn anyone away or seen anyone walk out without offering multiple options that can be done for them. Even if they were just going out of their way to help someone out. So the customer service is def there ! Today while waiting some of the neighborhood kinds came in seeking help with one of their skate board tire nuts as it got stripped came off causing him to fall. He came in asked for help and showed what was wrong web it was really nice seeing the staff go out of their way to even help them. makes me love choosing to live in this community even more. Keep up the good work everyone! You guys are awesome and do a good job ! Thank you all for you hard work and excellent service not just for the company but the community too. 👍🏻

I'd been to the Firestone in Elsinore multiple times to balance my tires that came from Firestone with only 8k miles on a brand new vehicle. The balancer in Elsinore is obviously defective because after every balance I leave with my whole truck shaking at 55-60mph. I decided to see if Murrieta could do a better job. They did! Finally my brand new car doesn't shake at 55-60mph. The online scheduling seems very pointless as the online system scheduler doesn't align with the stores schedule. So that's kind of disappointing you can't accurately schedule online, and you have to call and bug the store. I'm elated Frank took care of my balance issue. Since Elsinore is unable to get their balancer fixed, I will have to take my other truck to Murrieta and have them fix that. Frank was very polite. His store is very clean, and staff was very efficient and professional. I will be returning.

I stopped by Firestone Complete Auto Care yesterday to have an extremely low tire checked for a slow leak. I did not have an appointment. Front office man Frank said they were quite busy with others that had appointments but said they would work me in as soon as possible. I did not have to wait long. They found a screw in my tire, repaired it, aired up the other tires and I was out within the hour. Great service and minimal price for a job well done and much appreciated. Thanks!

I came by close to 6pm just needing to get air in my tire. They took me right then and noticed a nail in my tire that no one else had figured out, everyone else I went to just told me it's because i have low profile tires that's why the air goes out so fast.
