I called yesterday in a bit of a panic. My battery went out on my car so I bought one, went to replace it, and realized it was in the wheel well of my car and there was zero chance I was about to tackle that on my own. I called around to 4 shops who said they won’t do it, and three that quoted me over $500 to do it. This couldn’t have come at a worst time and I was definitely feeling stress. I spoke with Kevin and he was extremely calm, knowledgeable, and quoted me a reasonable price that I could come up with, everything I needed in that moment! I was definitely hesitant to come in and the price to become 3x more because I’ve been so screwed by mechanics, but he stuck to his word and charged exactly as quoted. I also had to bring in my very small kids that other mechanics have showed annoyance with before, but he instantly was welcoming and offered to get them set up with some cartoons. I would rate my experience 10/10 and I will definitely know which shop to reach out to first in the future. Thank you all for getting my car back up and running quickly and even having it parked in front of the door ready to load my kids in when we got back from a walk! I appreciate you all so much, and big shout out to Kevin for his calm and knowledgeable demeanor.

On Wednesday, 8-6-25, I scheduled an appointment over the phone for basic tire rotation as my truck’s tire were installed at this specific location (Store #1725, 41590 Date Street, Murrieta, CA). My appointment time was scheduled for Saturday, 8-9-25 @ 1600 hours. Based on my truck mileage, I am due for new brakes. I was planning to get the rotation done, get info and advice on brake services they offer. I arrived on time on Saturday, 8-9-25, just before 1600. I walk in and am greeted by a female employee who was sitting in the office. This is a synopsis of our short conversation: Employee: “You’re back for the alignment, right?” Me: “Ughh, no. I have an appointment for tire rotation.” Employee: “Oh. Yeah, we’ve been slammed all day. One of my guys was a no show. We won’t be able to get to it today. Can you come on Monday?” Me: “No, I work on Monday. That’s why I scheduled an appointment. What time do you close?” Employee: “We are closing soon and there’s no way we can get it done.” Me: “So if you knew you were shorthanded all day and were slammed, did you think at all to call me to tell me as soon as you knew instead of wasting my time driving over here and waiting all day?” Employee: “I’m sorry, you’re right, I should have done that.” The fact that you acknowledge you made such a mistake in treating a customer like this doesn’t help me with trusting you, the service you provide, or your company as a whole. You have lost this customer, my business, but gained this review and my word of mouth to friends and family to avoid you guys all together.

Thank god for Mountain View Tires and specifically Teresa. I brought my car for an oil change and alignment with a Groupon and ended up needing expensive repairs. Teresa really helped walk me through all the expenses and the best options to fit my low budget. She is immensely helpful and kind and just exudes positive energy. It’s rare to sit for a few hours in a tire shop and have a room full of happy people. Beyond the help and affordability I didn’t ever feel stuck or inconvenienced. I truly came back for my auto repairs even though there were closer sights to my house; due to the helpful nature of the store. Never had an experience like this :)

Took my aunt’s SUV to this repair shop and have been throughly impressed. It turned out that a part she had replaced was bad which they swapped out for no charge, and he car required a new part which they replaced for the cost of the part only, waiving the installation cost. My aunt is in the hospital and I do not live locally, so I explained that they would meed to store the car for a few days before I could come by to pick it up. This they also did without a cost or problem. The staff were all very communicative, friendly, and helpful. I was overall very impressed by them and very happy with the outcome.

Worst service this morning. Booked an appointment days in advance for a Check Engine light, arrive to be told that there is no technician to service my vehicle. Lady behind the counter said her technician quit 2 weeks ago. She then tells me about the next closest location and I counterargue by asking how do you know they have a technician to service my vehicle. Her response was, "Because they do!". Terrible attitude and you expect me to just trust you after that? 1) If there's no technician, why bother confirming an appointment? 2) If there's no one to do the work, how can you be open for business?

This shop provided faster service than any other Mountain View location I’ve been to, and they were very honest. I’ll gladly make the drive to this shop from now on. I went to all the tire shops to get knowledge on tires and to see how competitive they were on price. No. 1 they looked at you as if you were a looking Lu and never took you seriously. Until I went to Mountain View tires the whole tire experience was completely different your questions were answered with knowledge of tires and what was best for your application. The manager is friendly and extremely knowledgeable in her field of tires. The staff and the management help you make the right decision in your purchase of tires. Their prices are very competitive and they beat my other bid by 15% for the same tires. This is a no brainer. The service is excellent!! Give Mountain View tires the opportunity to show you a different way to buy tires with there no pressure and knowledge of the tire industry.. my experience with Mountain View was excellent and I will use them for all my future purchases!! Thanks to there incredible Staff !!

Mountain View had the tires I wanted at the right price so I booked an apportionment and confirmed it via text and phone call. But when I showed up they didn’t have the tires. It was explained to me that the confirming email I got didn’t mean they had them at that location. Which is ofd because my appointment was for me, at that location and at the day and time and was made the day before. I was referred to the store that did have them and drove there to get it done. Of course I didn’t have an appointment there but the very professional lady at that store worked it out wonderfully. All in all, they got it done. But don’t trust the online reservations system because it will lie to you.
