A huge thank you to the manager on site today. I had a terrible experience trying to make a return at another location, and came to this location in hopes of simply returning my items. Within seconds of walking into the store I was greeted by a kind staff. A young gentleman and his manager helped us with our return. The manager was kind and helpful. Both she and the employee made the return process simple and quick. I would highly recommend this location and their staff!

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with the kind of energy that makes you feel like you’re in the right place. Tiana knows her stuff inside and out. I came in with what I thought was going to be a complicated car issue, and she broke it down so simply that even I could understand it. She didn’t just point me to an aisle, she walked me through my options, gave me honest advice, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. That kind of customer service is rare these days. She has this awesome mix of professionalism and fun like you can tell she loves what she does, and it shows. The way she handles customers makes AutoZone feel less like a parts store and more like a pit crew for everyday drivers. If every store had a Tiana, nobody would dread car trouble! Huge shout-out to her give this woman a raise, a crown, or at least a trophy for “Most Helpful Auto Parts Manager of the Year.” Thanks, Tiana, for turning what could’ve been a stressful day into a smooth, easy, and even enjoyable experience. Everytime i do get oil, filters to do oil an change and any guy helps me out they give me options, they get me the oil and enough to fill the engine. We have 5 cars at the hoise, its pretty hard to keep count of which and how mich each car needs, these guys are great helping you out. But now there is this blonde girl that has an attitude, didn't even read the registration i gave her, i had to read it, didn't get me the oil nor told me how much i needed, rolled her eyes when i brought 2 gallons of old oil to dispose of, and now im noticing that the truck needed more oil. For all this, and the attitude i got on top of all that, wont be coming here more. 5 vehicles i change the oil of in my house do the math Im going cross the street to O Reilly's now. Autozone, train your staff well, every guy that has helped me get my stuff, they all do it the same i appreciate that, very helpful and handy Why is it with the female workers different?

I came into auto zone for a battery for my car , Harley G provided the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received today. I came in stressed and stuck with a dead battery after hours when it was already dark outside, during a time when battery changes typically aren’t allowed. Despite this, Harley went above and beyond to help me anyway. He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, and made sure my car was taken care of safely. What could have been a very overwhelming situation turned into such a positive experience because of their willingness to help when they truly didn’t have to. This level of care, empathy, and dedication is rare and deserves recognition. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like this on their team.
