I wanted to share my thoughts about Ikon Auto Collision. This place is truly a gem in the auto repair industry and is a rare find nowadays. The entire staff is incredibly personable and genuinely kind, making you feel secure and cared for throughout the process. The quality of their work is absolutely exceptional. I picked up my car today and cannot express how happy I am with the repairs. They initially told me it would take 7 to 10 days, but I received my car back in just five days — that’s truly amazing, especially given the current busy schedule of auto shops. My car is my baby; I bought it new, and it only had 2,000 miles on the odometer. Unfortunately, the car wash damaged the hood and roof and tore off the racks. Albert, my primary contact at Ikon Auto Collision, was extremely kind and reassuring. He assured me that they would treat my car as if it were theirs, and I felt very confident based on his words. I can honestly say that if you ever need an auto body shop, please consider Ikon. They are the best around. As a business owner, I’ve worked with many companies, and I can confidently say that Ikon is honest, professional, and attentive. I had an after market rear diffuser installed on 2025 model 3 because it required removal of the rear bumper and replace oem diffuser which I was not comfortable doing. Kent asked me to come in, looked over everything I wanted done and gave me a fair price right away. He fit me into the schedule the very next day. After being rear-ended, I visited multiple body shops while navigating an insurance claim, and Ikon Auto Collision was the only shop that genuinely advocated for me. Other places felt passive and transactional, but Ikon was honest, transparent, and proactive from day one.
