Buying a used high-end, non-BMW brand from this BMW dealer was a smooth experience but marred by one delayed disclosure of value-impacting information. After we had agreed the price, completed the paperwork, signed the sales contract, and we’re about to take delivery,, the sales agent disclosed that there was only one key to the vehicle - normally there are two. The impact to me was a cost close to $1000 to buy and gave programmed a second, spare key - as it was too risky not having a spare intelligent key to obtain access in case one key was lost, damaged, misplaced or became defective. That was a huge change in the value to me of the transaction. The sales person was personable and the F&I experience was well organized with no add-on sales pressure. The facility was spotless.

Bought a used 2014 Infinity Q60 in February. Drove the car for 2-3 months and one day I hear a noise under the car as I'm driving. I discovered that a lot of the plastic guards under the front end were loose. When I jacked up the car, there were 10 bolts and 10 clips missing underneath and now some of the plastic had big holes in it.. My car supposedly went through a 150 point inspection before I purchased it. I put new bolts and clips in, paying for them out of my own pocket. The car was due for an oil change in a month or so and I had prepaid for these when I bought the car so I waited to say anything to the dealer until I went in for the oil change. When I took the car in, I spoke to the service person and the service manager. I was told that I did a great job securing the parts that had been loose, but there was nothing they were going to do about replacing the parts that now have holes in them because I waited too long to bring the car in to the dealership. This was obviously overlooked by the person who "inspected" the car and should have been caught. There were about 6 pieces of plastic missing bolts and clips and now 2 of the parts have holes in them due to rubbing on my tires. Not at all what I expected from a BMW dealer.

I have been servicing my vehicles with BMW of Murrieta for over four years and have generally had good experiences, with only minor issues along the way. Unfortunately, my visit on 02/10 was extremely frustrating. My vehicle stayed at the dealership for two weeks for four overlapping concerns plus an oil change. Only one issue appears to have been addressed; the others were marked “could not verify customer concern,” even though my service advisor later told me that at least two other customers had the same complaint after I dropped off my vehicle. At pickup: •The service reminder was not reset in the MyBMW app. •The tire pressure, listed as checked, was incorrect, one tire was 7 PSI low. •Although the car was supposedly detailed, the rear left quarter panel was left untouched and very dirty. •I was told the pressure would “ramp up as I drive” instead of having it corrected. My regular advisor Allison (who is excellent) was not available, and when I asked for a manager, I was told none were available and to return the next day after already waiting weeks. Matt from sales stepped in and genuinely tried to help, which I appreciated. This experience showed me that people make the dealership. Allison and Matt are professionals, but the handling of this visit was very disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. This rating reflects this specific visit only and is based on the length of the service stay, unresolved issues at pickup, and the way the situation was handled, rather than my prior positive experiences with this dealership.

I had an amazing experience here! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and treated very kindly. Jairo, our car sales representative was top-tier and he made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. There was no pressure from him and they worked with my needs and tailored it to what I was comfortable with. If I ever need to buy another car, I am coming here and going directly to Jairo! The respect and family-like environment at BMW of Murrieta is like no other. I drove three hours after speaking with the salesman and manager via phone to pick up my car. Daniel, Freddy, and Dave were the best and made me feel like a VIP Customer. They strive for excellence here and I’m glad to have done business with them. The whole process was so easy going and stress-free. I will forever remember the experience I had when joining the BMW Family and I genuinely think I wouldn’t get that treatment at another location. After driving my car for a week, I still am excited as I was the first day getting it. They don’t lose contact after the sale either. They remembered a small detail of my boyfriend in search of an F90 M5 and Dave emailed us over links after leaving of a few he might be interested in. Overall, if I could give 10 stars I would. Genuinely, this was such an amazing experience and I’m glad I made the three hour drive. I’m not too tech savvy so I don’t know how to add the picture of my new car!! It’s a beauty though!

Last week I purchased a 2025 Toyota RAV4 from BMW of Murrieta. Shopping for a car is very stressful and overwhelming at times. I had been to several car dealerships but I was not able to find the right car for me. Fortunately, my daughter found the car I purchased. Our sales representative was Freddie. From first contact with my daughter he was so respectful, informative and answered all of our questions. When we arrived at the dealership he was just wonderful. He was very patient and thoughtful. The car buying process with Freddie and the finance manager was straightforward with no pressure. Everything was good until it wasn't. We purchased a 2024 BMW I5 and that process was good. We brought the car in for service twice so far, and everything was good. Now, when I scheduled a swerve ice, was told that I will need to wait or arrange for a ride, as they do not do loaner cars for services under 3 hours. So much for honoring their word when we bought the car or "grandfathering" in a policy. I have tried for a few days now to reach management with no response.Apparently they dont care about customer loyalty, customer experience, customer satisfaction. They need to understand that people are busy and not everyone can sit around for 3 hours or for that matter, drop schedules to arrange rides. And for a relatively new car, why should I need spend for an Uber or Lyft? For our Mercedes and Lexus, the dealer takes care of us. BMW Murrieta needs to learn from the competition.

I explained that I’m only about a year and a half into my 3-year lease and still had a pretty large payoff amount, but he was determined to make something work—and he did! From start to finish, everyone I spoke with had great energy. The dealership was clean, had a ton of options, and the whole experience felt easy and stress-free.
