I am so grateful to have met Matt back in 2019. He has been amazing when it comes to taking care of the maintenance on my 34-year-old vehicle. When it's time for a tune-up, general maintenance check ups he always makes sure that everything is in good running condition. If he finds something that needs to be taken care of he lets me know. I feel safe when he's done working on my vehicle. Matt has never disappointed me and I highly recommend Temecula Valley Import. You won't find a more honest and helpful family run business. His prices are very fair & competitive, and the staff is awesome. Hazel at the front desk is amazing she is super friendly and helpful. I recently moved up to the area and was too far for me to go to my usual mechanic down in San Diego, especially since I didn’t want to overwork my car with an unknown issue. I called in the morning to see if they could take a quick look and were super helpful in letting me come at my convenience! They’re so, so sweet here and I immediately felt at ease talking with them - you can just tell they’re a super trustworthy couple. They’re definitely a business that cares about you as a customer rather than trying to profit as much as possible off of you. My car is my absolute baby and they were so reassuring about taking care of my car. Anyway! They’re super kind and helpful here and definitely live up to the google ratings! Such a fantastic experience, which is saying a lot because car repairs can be so stressful. I took my car in because the AC wasn’t working. They were able to fit me in, in just a couple business days. Dropping off was easy, pick up was easy, and Hazel and Matt were super great to work with. The price was incredibly reasonable as well. They’re a husband and wife duo running the shop, and they do it very well! I’ll be coming back here if anything comes up with my car again.

I would like to start off by saying Matt is great! He really epitomizes the word customer service! I took my 2017 Jaguar xf to get the transmission replaced. I already purchased a donor tranny. I brought Matt a mess. In the end, it all got repaired and it was quick and reasonably priced. If you have a European vehicle. Take it to Matt and Hazel. You guys rock!!!! Finally! I found a great mechanic and team in the Murrieta area who: are welcoming/kind, communicative, do what they say they will, provide outstanding service and charge $$ what they should. I brought my Mercedes Benz C300 in when my coolant light kept appearing, they diagnosed the issue with an informative video, ordered the parts and got it done in a very timely fashion. Offered a 2yr warranty on the water pump replaced and greeted me at pickup with the damaged water pump to review with me. Both Matt and Hazel are very kind and clearly appreciate their clients. I’ve brought my BMW in on multiple occasions, most recent was a full engine swap, so Matt can do it all. He does great diagnostic work and gives great advice on what needs to be done without any pressure to spend on what you’re not comfortable with. Matt and Hazel are good family people from our community in the Temecula/Murrieta area doing honest work. Pricing is very competitive with other shops in our area, definitely give them a call next time you need work done.
