This shop and it's owners are amazing.. I think the Son helped me and he was so nice and honest.. Seriously makes a huge difference when I was in such a stressful situation when I came in.. Apparently this place doesn't need any new business. Went in at opening 8am, I was the only person there. Walked in, wasn't greeted which is fine, no big deal to me. But when I asked for a smog check and oil change, I was told they are booked for a couple of days for those services lol. I wonder why they even advertise in the mail if they are that busy to turn away customers.

Other's have found out they have great mechanic's. Must truly be very very busy. Could not make an appointment for over a week in advance. Then asked to leave car the entire day just for a check engine light.

Had my oil changed. Tom has no personality. Went home-opened my hood-there was a rats nest on top of the battery. You'd think the mechanic would swipe it off, or at least tell Tom to let me know about it, but no. I had to find it myself. Bad customer service. $48.00 for an oil change. Called Toyota of Temecula and asked for a quote to fix my AC. The quote seemed reasonable so I took it in for a diagnostic. When my wife went to pick it up they said "my a/c system was damaged" and wanted double the quote. I called around and Rancho offered a reasonable quote, so I took it in. Not only did they do the work for the quoted price but they had got a bad rebuilt compressor from the supplier and had to buy the new compressor instead, and still gave me the same quoted price and didn’t charge me for the additional labor! Talk about great service! It’s the only place I’ll take my cars to from now on!

I needed an oil change for my car, took it here. The guy at the front asked me some questions, I filled out some paperwork. He recommended other services for maintenance on my car. I commute everyday to Carlsbad, agreed I would need this, but I would wait until my next visit. Very pleased with the amount of knowledge, professionalism, honesty. Afforable prices, wait time is reasonable. After my car was done, it ran smooth again. Taking all my cars here, I highly recommend to others to do the same.

I’ve been here several times for SMOG so I trusted them when my grandparents car got it’s catalytic converter stolen. They bought a non OEM part and welded it even though it is a bolt on part to hide the fact it was a NON OEM by cutting the flange. We had paid for and agreed on OEM part to the tune of 3k. Now the car is not smog compliant because the fake catalytic converter is illegal in CA. Since the cut and welded it in I would have to replace the WHOLE EXHAUST SYSTEM to the tune of 5k to make it CA compliant. 1 month in their shop and over 3k and they can’t even do it right and scam us instead. Shame on you. I went to another exhaust place and they immediately recognized the shady technique and asked me if it was Rancho that did it so they have done this several times before ! Allegedly 4 others had gone to this other exhaust shop with the same problem for the same car when these guys scammed them.
