Their work is quality work and that's what most of the reviews are praising their work and I agree their work is top notch. I experienced something that I might share. My vehicle had a lot of damage so naturally the repair was going to take a while the insurance company only gave me a rental for about 30 days my car wasn't finished Mr. Bill graciously provided me with a rental out of their pocket and he did not have to do that but he did this is what makes this shop number one in my opinion.

I christened our four day old new car entering the garage. I took the car to Mr.Bills and they did an excellent job in repairing and painting the damaged area. I had my car wheel well attacked by my dads Mastiff. It looked like a Great White mauled the metal of my car. Mr. Bill's took care of the situation and got my car back on the road looking spiffy and brand new again. It was the best estimate for my wallet and great work. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend the shop. I have had numerous experiences with other auto body shops around the valley and Bill's is by far the best I have encountered!

Went in to get an estimate on how much it would cost to get some scratches removed from my truck. Walked into the office when I arrived (no appointment) and there were like 5 employees talking business. As soon as they saw me, they stopped their discussion and asked how they could assist me (very professionaly might I add), and I explained my situation. Ryan then walked out to my truck, looked at the damage, and literally buffed it out within 2 minutes at no charge! I literally wanted to pay him something. Not because of the problem he solved, but because of the way in which he treated me. Dude is the ultimate Professional! I am a retired Architect and got T-boned by a young upstanding appearing driver who then lied and claimed that it was my fault to his insurance company so they gave only half of the repair costs. I was very sensitive to trusting any input as far as getting my car totally repaired . My third and best estimate was from Mr. Bills and I was amazed at how quickly he gave me his estimate - about 10 minutes! - not 2 days like the other shops - also he did not change the price when I picked up the car and it looked better than before my accident. I would definitely recommend Mr. Bills and his crew if you need car body repairs done. I am a pleasantly surprised customer!

Go elsewhere. Poor quality assurance. They were tasked with removing scratches from the roof of my car. During this process they dented the roof on my car, which went unnoticed until I got home. Upon me calling and nicely explaining that they dented my roof, Bill decided to falsely claim that I was attempting to get "free paint work" and that I was scamming them, then hung up on me. Very professional. No need to take responsibility for your employees carelessness, instead just claim everyone is a scammer. Look through the responses that Bill gives to anyone who gives a negative review. He can't take responsibility for his poor workmanship. Most of his positive reviews come from people he is connected to, not the average customer. Stay away if you can!

Let me save you some time and money. This establishment markets itself as superior to other shops and boasts a lifetime warranty, but my experience suggests otherwise. I noticed a conspicuous white spray mark on the black paint—something I didn't catch until after pickup. When I contacted them, they instructed me to bring the car in for an assessment. Despite their efforts to fix the issue on-site, it became apparent that the problem was beneath the paint. I was then told to drop off my car for a full day the following Monday. I adjusted my plans to accommodate their schedule. When I returned, the staff member I dealt with was unprofessional and dismissive. He proposed buffing and repainting, which would still leave a noticeable shine. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he argued that the paperwork did not indicate any work on the door, despite my car having been serviced solely by them.

I usually don’t write reviews but Mr bills deserves a 5 star. Very friendly and communicative, I got rear ended in my pride and joy 91 Miata, lots of places wanted to use aftermarket parts and Mr.bills is the only place that wasn’t going to do that and instead fully fix it. They specialize in older cars it seems and does an exception job. They said it was going to take upwards of a few weeks and they had it done the same week and the results came out absolutely amazing! The only thing I’ll say is the wing that was mounted is a tiny bit crooked but damn does it look good. I can safely say I’ll come back here for body work and recommend others here too!

I normally never do reviews but I recently had to get some body work done, I was recommended Mr. Bills from my mechanic and now I will never stop recommending them! They are some of the most friendly people, very understanding and made everything headache free! They called through out with updates and had amazing turn around time. My car honestly feels and looks brand new. I am so grateful to them and could never say enough good words about their work, the people there and the company in itself!
