Definitely.Be prepared to wait longer than your typical repair shop in my experience. My first time here was an hour and forty five minutes just for an oil change then I decided to return for tires and they didn't even start my car for 1 hour 20 mins after my appointment time which was 8 am (should have texted the night before saying they had leftovers). So 1 hour of nothing and then an one hour and a half of talking and working. Tires were a good price for low grade but i'm most likely not coming back here. staff was super nice, but I've been going to Ramona tire in Ramona for years. So I might just be the location. Don't schedule me in if you're that slammed. I'm sure I could get the same price somewhere else.

Amber and Greg were both great. I was in a very difficult situation having had an issue with my truck that needed major repairs in a short amount of time in order for me to return home. They were able to locate the transmission on a Saturday and confirm with me that work could begin Monday morning. Other shops were closed on the weekend and every day counted. The repair was completed in just two days and I was back on the road. Thank you for a great experience!

Checked around town for a pair of tires and these guys had the best deal by about 20% less than the next best offer, and I checked Discount Tire, American Tire Depot (which is different business from America’s Tire/Discount Tire), and several others. The folks at Romonas Tire were friendly, personable and made the experience a positive one. Tony and Amber are a delight to work with :) They also do a lot more than just tires so check with them if u need any work done on your car, as they have several bays and technicians and get quite a few jobs out the door every day. Plus the Keurig coffee in the lobby is nice to have while you wait and watch their TV or use their free WiFi. Thanks guys I’ll be back!

Ran over a piece of metal and needed my tire fixed. Took it to Mountain View Tire first and experienced extremely sub par customer service, felt like I was inconveniencing the sales manager bringing a tire to patch, they looked at the tire and said it couldn’t be patched, didn’t take the tire off the rim just said it’s not fixable and quoted me for a new tire, really left a bad taste in my mouth with that kind of service. Brought it to Romona Tire and Greg was extremely helpful and friendly, they took the time to inspect the tire and was able to get it patched saving me well over $200, they have earned my business, excellent customer service as they were not just trying to sell me a tire. You have made a customer for life.

I have visited multiple Ramona Tires locations and unfortunately experienced consistently poor service. After my recent oil change, my car began feeling unusually heavy, and several issues appeared that were not present before. My ABS warning lights came on for no apparent reason, and it seemed that components of my vehicle were tampered with unnecessarily, including the door. Due to these concerns and the lack of trust in the service quality, I will not be returning to any Ramona Tires locations in the future.

Please don’t take your vehicles here! I have, three cars and they provided satisfactory service only because they did routine maintenance. Until, Jan 19th when I got my car towed (after hours on a Saturday) to Ramona’s for an issue with bolts coming out of my driver side/axle wheel area. When the car rolled off the tow truck, the bolt had fallen off, the tow truck driver was shocked! so I was glad I made the choice to take it here for inspection on Monday morning . For bolts, keep this in mind as you read on….I checked in with the managerJerry (Gerald) Monday they reviewed the car and reported back via phone that it was my CV BOOT that was causing the noise and it needed replacement. I felt relieved and that it wasn’t going to cost me a fortune $700 to fix. So they moved forward. The car, an Audi A3 2016 stayed with the shop all day till I got off work. The assured me that they drove the car to check for any noise and all was well. I leave and drove 7miles home and parked for the night. I leave for work at 6:30am, drive to work and park at my place of business and noticed oil and in fact it was spewing from my car. The irony is that the crack is legitimately in the same place and side they replaced my CV boot!? Go figure!! Leave work and take it back to Ramona literally 1 block from my work place. They pull my car up on the lift and I asked if I could go out in the shop to see what they are doing and Jerry welcomed it. They pulled off the plastic protector plate and oil literally poured out onto their work space floor. I was like what is that from? Mind you, I had zero issues with oil prior to why I bought it in! They showed me the CV Boot that they removed from my car and compared it to another type boot for comparison purposes!?! Not sure why they did that but it prompted me to take a picture of my damaged cv boot. Again, I left my car there to remove the new boot and see where the oil was coming from? Trusted the professionals and I received a call from Jerry stating that my transmission had a crack in it and that it was caused by the bolts rubbing on it??? Baffled and confused I immediately knew that was NOT the issue. The professionals stated that the only thing that they could think of is when they were under the car that grease may have temporarily clogged the crack and once I drove it to work and warmed up it gave way ? Mind you, I drove that same distance home on Monday night so, I called home and asked if there was oil in my carport and in fact there was. ALOT!!! Jerry stated the way to fix it was a transmission replacement which would cost of $15,000 they got quoted from Audi dealer? Blew my mind!! In reading this, how would you respond? Crazy wild! I said, no way I am going to afford that and the cars value isn’t going to be that amount either. Jerry advised me to not drive the car. They definitely were the cause for the situation and are taking no ownership of the service rendered. Obviously in distress I left my car there till I was able to get it towed. I went back on Thursday to request all my maintenance paperwork printed out and Jerry said he wasn’t finished writing up his report from the work that they performed on Monday, 3 days later!?! Hmm that’s when I knew something wasn’t right, again! Fast forward and leaving out so much information here, I contacted BAR Bureau of Automotive Repair and filed. Currently in the process and I had my car towed back home now in waiting Spread the word and rethink taking your investment, car here! I’d love to leave my contact # but I’m too concerned about shutting down this incompetent business!
