I can’t say enough about how pleased my family and I are with the service received at this shop. Amador and his team are efficient and most importantly, honest. It is so difficult to find a good, reliable and honest mechanic nowadays that I am thrilled we decided to bring our vehicle to him. My daughter comes all the way from Chino just to have her vehicle serviced by them. And we will continue to come as long as he stays open. Look no more! You have found the right mechanic! I have taken my Toyota to Premier several times for some work and every time they were very responsive, quick, honest, and mostly very affordable. They make time to address the issues and answer any questions. Last week I took my Benz there because the dealership told me I needed some work and they were going to charge me an insane amount of money. I took it to Premier, they were so quick to diagnose everything, same day I had an email with the quote and the work needed and they charged me less than half what the dealership asked for. They started the work immediately and finished my car faster than I expected. When I take the car to the dealership sometimes it's there for a week when they just do the service. Premier Auto is very honest, very reasonable in pricing, they will not lie to you about what you need done to your car. They will not overcharge you. They always answer my questions honestly and they are so very friendly. It took me a while to find an honest mechanic and I'm so glad I found them. I will take all my cars there and always recommend them to everyone I know. Good guys, very good guys and the work is clean and good. They do what they say they're going to do and I never have any problems after they work on my cars. Very much recommended.

I went to Premier Auto Service to have them install the existing tires of my Honda Fit to new rims that I bought. Dan the Mechanic that did the installation was very courteous and very knowledgeable. Premier Auto has done work on a few of my Hondas. The Mechanic Danny is a super nice guy that knows how to get the job done. Mark is very helpful and up front through the whole process. They are more than fair with pricing and didn't try to up-sell on any other repairs. I'll definitely be back!

I absolutely appreciated the customer service they have. Very friendly, honest. I did not have a ride home after dropping off my car. Mark was so kind to take me back home. I went in thinking something really bad was wrong with my car and that is was going to cost alot. I was wrong and they were honest. The price for the work was not overwhelming at all. Well first off, the staff was absolutely amazing. Accommodating, knowledgeable, and you can truly sense the care and honesty. Mark was the guy I met with initially. I called during the Memorial Day weekend and although they were closed, an associate contacted me to let me know they saw my appointment set online and they'd be ready for me as soon as they opened. Also, they're not like other shops where they try to tack on extra parts, services, etc. They actually did the opposite. They talked ME out of things that were unnecessary. (I've got OCD and my car is a major trigger lol) I can't be happier with these guys. I'm glad I found them. I've got some projects in the works for my 2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio and you already know who's going to be handling it!

Great staff!! All of them very friendly and knowledgeable. 2016 4Runner. New front rotors and pads with a transmission flush. It was ready in 3 hours. They diagnosed a shimmy in the front end quickly. Reasonably priced and quality work. They didn’t try to add on extra items, just fixed the issue. 5 stars! I would recommend them to anyone.
