Worst place to get Auto Service, I got a hole in one of my tires, It's under hazard warranty, I asked the attendant if they could fix it for me and came back with a responce,, We don't have the time. We are booked all day, So he starts reading off the appointments and reads; Appt at 8am-9am-10am Etc, So that means they can only do one car an hour 🤔 Weater, it's one tire or two or even four,,,, 1 car an hour 😡 Someone is loosing lots of money by turning people away, By the way, There was no car in the station

The majority of the automotive staff here need both customer service training and an infusion of common sense. I arrived at this location for an oil and filter change without an appointment, Considering there were only 2 cars ahead of me, I thought I would be in and out in no time. Instead, I waited for nearly 15 minutes for someone there to finally say something to me. Only then, I was told to move my car from one lane to another and nothing else. I found out shortly thereafter from another patron that an oil change would take over 4 hours!! Why didn't the staff just so say rather than ignoring me. What a waste of my time. I ended up going to the Walmart Auto Center off of Temecula Parkway. I promptly received service and will go there from now on.

Made me wait for 45mins just to tell me that they only accept appointments. There were a bunch of mechanics that goes back and forth without saying anything beforehand. Now all of the tire centers are closed! Extremely bad service. There is no use blaming it on being “short staffed”, because you should have informed me ahead of time instead of making me wait for that long.

The don't do Fiat 500 oil changes-but I didnt find this out until I was in line for the oil change. The site let me set up the appointment, and so I set aside time to make that appointment. The service guy was nice, this is not an issue with the shop. The online interface failed though. Walmart keeps texting me to ask for a new appointment because "sorry we missed you".

Went here for the first time and had no problems checking in and saw a few cars ahead of me. Though I waited 2.5 hours to finally get it back. I asked them for any updates and they couldn’t find my paper work. When I asked for an explanation they only said “sorry for the wait”. Never got the text that my car was ready either. Never coming back.

Bought tires online. Booked appointment for install and pickup. Waited over an hour for them to tell me they can't install tires on rims over 20inches. Then after asking for a manager they said they don't want to scratch them. This is the second time this week they wasted my time trying to get tires from them. Do yourself a favor for somewhere else for any tire service.

Worth spending the extra money to get quality customer service elsewhere. I made an appointment for 2 new tires, purchased ahead of time. Took them 2 hours to get two tires on. My vehicle sat on the lift for over an hour. I watched the guys smokin and jokin with each other, the service manager unloading random in-store products that had nothing to do with the auto center and they left people waiting at the counter for 10-15 minutes at a time, I had to ask one service member to remind the other one that my vehicle wasn't completed yet to get them to go back and finish it. Honestly one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. will not be coming back.

Zero stars if I could rate them that. I’m extremely disappointed with the service at the Walmart Auto Tire Center. We ordered tires in advance and were told they would be ready by a specific date. Not only did they lose our tires, but they also failed to notify us or offer any clear explanation. To make matters worse, when we finally came in, they turned us away and said they “don’t work on Teslas”—something that is nowhere stated online or in the store. If that’s the policy, it should be made clear before customers go through the trouble of ordering and showing up. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Wasted time, energy, and trust. I won’t be returning.

They are just okay. I've been there twice for tires. They don't try to push you other services. But at the same time, they don't make you aware of other services. Or other recommendations to better the life of your car they need to be more professional. So people could feel safe about leaving their cars there because they're in good hands. Of technicians that know what they're doing.

I was just refused service by Murrieta Walmart lube for tires and oil even tho they never asked why I was there! I have a screw in my tire. A simple fix for a woman who drives 80miles a day for work!!! Her explanation was we are short staffed and people called in sick! I went there specifically because Google states they are open to 7pm. I went well out of my way to do so. This is very disappointing service! The staff are present and lanes are open in my pictures and they are clearly open and helping other customers. Terrible service!

Isaac is the best. As a manager he goes out of his way to make sure you and everything is taken care of, even the little details like cleaning your windows. Went for oil change and had the head lights done. They looked bad and was told needed to replace (big money) Isaac and his team restored the headlights to like new and cost less then 50 dollars. Chris the technician was the best and the whole team made the experience the best. I say go to Isaac for your car needs.
