UPDATE: So the work was completed in one week and truck was detailed, I'm happy with faith once again! UPDATE: records were found, scheduled a drop off date, back in business with faith. If all goes well, post will be upgraded. Thank you Cathy for your research. Faith has always done quality work for me, anytime I needed it. They work well with insurance company. But this time, my Ram Rebel had the fender damaged and faith seemed to do another great job, and once again said it has a lifetime warranty. Several years later the paint faded and cracked like a spider web. I take it back today 8/21/24 and suddenly they have no records of me ever being there! I have had 4 vehicles repaired over the last 20 years with them and there are no records with my name on them. They couldn't even find my VIN in the "Old system ". Sad to say, because i really liked faith, but I guess it's time to take my business elsewhere.

They had my car for 3 weeks after Mother Nature attacked my car on February 2nd. They threw in tint for me as they forgot to get back to me on the difference of price on the rear side windows had to be replaced I wanted to know the difference in price for privacy glass instead of what was on the car. As I planned on getting it tented myself at a later date. Since they forgot, they not only did the rear door windows, but also the back window as well. I plan on getting the rest tented as well. Extremely satisfied with there work.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. My Mercedes-Benz E53 AMG has been at Faith Quality Auto Body since June 2nd, 2025 after an accident. It’s now October 13th more than four months later and I still haven’t received my car back. From the beginning, I was told the repair would take about four weeks. Since then, I’ve been given excuse after excuse, with no solid completion date ever provided. Every time I follow up, the blame is passed around ,first to the dealership, then back to Faith Quality, and so on. I’ve tried to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt, but this has gone far beyond reasonable. It’s incredibly frustrating to be without a car for nearly five months with so little accountability or transparency. I expected far better communication and professionalism, especially from a shop recommended through GEICO’s repair network. At this point, I can’t in good faith recommend this business to anyone. I strongly urge future customers to be cautious and insist on clear timelines and written updates before trusting your vehicle here.

***Read the one star reviews, they don't lie!*** Here's my story in an nutshell- Was rear ended 8/14/25 and referred to Faith Quality Auto by the BMW dealership, who I have been doing business with for many of years and highly trust. Should have done my research first. Dropped my car off to Faith on 8/20/25 and was told the turn around time should be about two weeks. Thought "perfect" since I was returning from vacation right around that time. Well, the first week had passed and I heard nothing so I called to follow up and talked to Roger who basically said they worked up the estimate and ordered the parts - without my knowledge and approval - which I was taken back by. He told me that since I signed the drop off paperwork technically that is approval. Umm Okay. He said it was going to be another week before they get the job done. Well here we are 6 weeks in and finally got my car back this morning 9/30/25.. BUT NOT WITHOUT A FIGHT. Before I get to that, the past 3 weeks have been filled with multiple follow ups and excuses about the delay (waiting on paint, assembly, polish, etc.) My husband did talk with the manager Jason, who was great BTW, and got me a rental for the last few weeks, applied a discount to the deductible, then refunded what I paid after THE FIGHT. That's where Sandra, the front desk clerk comes in. While checking out she accuses me of being rude to her. She says I snatched my credit card out of her hand, which is not true (I had just gotten off the phone with my husband and mind you I'm side tracked cause right before arriving dropped my mom off at emergency). Needless to say this all threw me thru a loop so I told her this was already a bad experience and she was the icing on the cake. Asked for my key so I could leave and be done and while walking to my car she proceeds to antagonize saying I'm being rude cause I'm having a bad day and I snatched my cc from her and now she adds that I also scratched her with my nails when I took my cc back - false. I told her to just give me my key and move the truck in front of my car out of the way so I can go. She leaves, the manager comes out and now I'm shaken up and in tears. As previously mentioned, he kindly refunded my deductible payment and tells me once I get home to inspect the work and let him know if anything is wrong. I really wasn't looking for a refund was just in total shock about what happened. Seriously, what just happened?

Kindness during a bad situation. I was driving home on Interstate 15, in the toll road lane and within site of Cajalco. I was stopped in traffic, when all of a sudden I was struck from the rear. I sustained a concussion and whiplash. The next day I arrived at Faith Quality Auto Body. I was greeted by Melissa, who was very kind and helpful. I was a little cloudy still and Melissa helped me through the process of signing paperwork. I had questions and Melissa was very patient. I needed my personal property from the trunk, but it was crushed. Melissa called Jason (GM) to assist me. I am sure Jason had many other things, more important, to do. Jason took his time and assisted me. Jason was able to get the rear seats down when I could not, after trying myself several times. Jason didn’t with ease. I spoke to Jason about my concerns with the vehicle. Jason assured me that they would evaluate the condition of the vehicle and get me a ballpark estimate asap. I was only gone from Faith Quality Auto Body for about an hour and a half. Jason gave me a call and advised me that the vehicle was a total loss. Although the vehicle was a total loss, it was not their fault. Jason and Melissa handled me and my situation in a very kind and professional manner. I appreciate Faith Quality Auto Body. I would definitely recommend Faith Quality Auto Body to all my friends and family.

My RAM 1500 was damaged by another vehicle that unfortunately was hit in the parking lot. My Auto Insurance recommended Faith Quality Auto Body repair shop. Upon arriving after setting up an appointment, I was seen immediately by one of their representatives Adrian who was very friendly. He took the necessary photos and steps in order to start repairs. The technicians there were able to repair the damage in an expeditious manner. Roger who was very friendly and very helpful as well, (my repair rep.) kept me informed all the way. When I received my RAM 1500 the damge was not only repaired, but my vehicle looked great 👍. "Thank yous" definitely go out to the front staff, Adrian, Roger and all the technicians who serviced me and my RAM 1500 4X4. AWESOME JOB 👌 MY FRIENDS.
