Great customer service. Carson took care of my tire that had a nail in it that was covered under warranty. I would definitely recommend purchasing the warranty they offer for the tires. Still have to pay for new warranty and labor on the new tire but is way better than paying $650+ for a new tire with warranty and labor. I will definitely recommend American Tire Depot to my family and friends.

Pretty happy with the new tires, price and ok on waiting time (about 2.5 hours) But for some reason when I picked it up they had my vehicle which needs clearance parked under a tree in the corner of the lot and the first layer of the paint is scratched on one side from a tree branch. I'm very meticulous about inspecting the vehicle cosmetically daily and I'm sure it wasn't there before I took it in. Also there were a lot of grease near the interior of the door from handling.

Took my truck to the dealer and another tire shop for alignment and tire balance. Both didn’t resolve the shaking issue at highway speeds. American tire depot found and fixed the issue in two hours. The right front spring and shock worn out. Also the two drivers side tires were out of balance and front camber was off. Great job highly recommend. No appointment was required.

I am always impressed with the great service and good prices at America’s tire. I went in for a tire rotation on Monday morning and they completed the work in less than an hour . I, also, took my husband’s Camaro in because his tire kept losing air. He bought the tire from another tire store and when he took it in, they told him they could not locate the problem and to keep filling the tire with air. Unbelievable. In less than half an hour, America’s tire located the small puncture on the side walk and marked it. Great service!

Vibration, came here March of 2024 to get four new tires. Car has had a vibration for the last year and a half I have spent thousands to fixing this issue. I've had my tires rebalanced at three different shops, wheel alignment, bought 4 new tires, taking my car to a mechanic they had my car for 2 days and couldn't figure out. Had to buy two new rims to fix the issue. There are some interesting markings on my rim that weren't there before. Had zero problems before I got the new tires put on.

If I could give this a 10/10, I so would! I got my car aligned somewhere else and noticed that the traction control and TPMS wouldn’t recalibrate so I came in and asked Johnny if there was something they could do. Great experience at American Tire Depot on Madison Ave in Murrieta. I had two rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires installed on my Genesis G70. These are high-end sports car tires, and the staff took excellent care of the vehicle throughout the process. They were very busy and it took about two hours, which was completely reasonable. They had the tires in by the next business day, came in under budget, and the work was done right. They also offer a veterans discount, which I appreciated. Professional, honest, and careful — I’ll definitely be back for future tire service. Don’t hesitate to go to these guys.
